Do not insure with this company they are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with - just trying to contact them is bad and when I tried to cancel they took the full amount for the following year also - steer clear of this insurance company as they are not helpful and do not have a conscience about deceiving anyone. The whole level of customer service was appalling

Cancelled My Insurance While Adding Huge Costs
Cancelled my insurance without reviewing documents that they requested. This company has hundreds of complaints against them for malpractise and dodgy ethics. They come up as one of the cheapest insurance companies on most of the compare websites, then you start receiving emails to upload all kinds of documents, V5C, Proof of SORN, proof of previous insurance, proof of tax, explanations for XYZ and you can't upload onto their platform as the platform doesn't work.
They then ask you to send them via email and they don't respond. I paid 12 months upfront and they have just cancelled my van policy after 4 weeks.

The amount of completing irrelevant information need to comply with customer page is ridiculous. When other insurers have automated the checks that they actually need. Phone service was awful. The changes are excessive.

I insured 2 days ago with these idiots wanted to cancel the insurance and they tell me it will be 78 pounds admin is this a joke be very careful folks .and the phone system is a joke you ring the number push the right buttons and it gives you the same number to dial as you did in the first place .how do they get away with these scams.i phoned the obudsmen and they advised me to ask for a breakdown of charges ..which I shall do in the morning and keep you posted not worth the hassle for a few quid my next step is to put a complaint into the go compare web site ..

Having renewed my home insurance last October. Telling them I was selling my house, at no point was I told I would be liable for the whole year, I was told they had a £45 cancellation policy but nothing was ever mentioned if you pay Monthly you were liable for the entire year!!! Unfortunately had to pay monthly this year for the first time. Then when it came to moving, four months later. Rang them with moving date, was told the full year would be due as I had a loan agreement with them. Only when I threatened them with the ombudsman. Then I was suddenly given a low figure, up to the date of leaving the property. I will never use this company or recommend them. Attitude stinks!

Avoid To Save Hassle
Very very poor customer service. I was placed on hold for 20 mins, transferred to the wrong department, told they'd phone me back (they never did) and when I finally got hold of them they said the only person who could give me the quote was out the office for a few days (because I have a lodger). I think they've done me a favour as it would be my worst nightmare to try and claim through these guys

What A Shabby Outfit Having My Insurance Through T
What a shabby outfit having my insurance through this awful company I need to add a named driver to my policy they cannot do that because my insurance company is in liquidation.
I went through quote line I am you're customer your problem to sort your lovely person on the phone clearly pointed out the fact it is not there fault nor their problem that the company they use went into administration I can only assume it is my fault.
The only way around this they tell me is to cancelle the insurance and start again but I will have a outstanding balance with the finance company!
There is better brokers out there who use proper company's
You get business insurance rates off me and are only able to offer a lot lot less

Absoloutley Dreadfully Rubbish
Used an online review page for can insurance... Came out cheapest.
Their customer service is non existant
Their staff are rude and arrogant, i was questioned why i have a van and why i wanted non commercial insurance..!
How about because its my vehicle to do with what i please, who the heck are you to question me what or why i have a vehicle..!!!!
They messed up my payments due to having to cancel one policy and start a new one, their call centre keeps you on hold for upwards of twenty minutes even thou the automated system tells you that you are in position 1..!
They never call back when promise, i waited 36hrs for a call back.
They are not an easy company to deal with and i certainly wont be using them again, i hope to god i never need to claim as i can see that being a nightmare..!

In particular, avoid its home insurance. The firm's so-called legal expenses insurance is nothing of the kind - it does not cover you to defend yourself, your family or your home.
Quote line Direct hides excuses within small print that's accessible only online.
How bad can it be? Well, would you really expect to be in a position of needing to sue your legal expenses insurer?
