A few weeks ago I blew my motorhome engine ,I called out the recovery number I had from aib ,when calling out the recovery I was told they could not see a live policy and if that was the case I would be liable for all charges I agreed

On Monday I got the bill ,called aib explained what had occurred,turns out (all my fault) I had called out the old policy recovery number.

Aib said they would try to sort out something .i then received a call from the person I dealt with saying if I pay the recovery bill ,forward the receipt to them they would try and help .

I later got a message saying I was getting reimbursed from aib .they had sorted out something so I was getting all my recovery charges back

Can I just say I am a very very happy aib customer indeed ,I am in no way connected to aib or any staff members

How many brokers would go to this length to rectify a mistake made but a numpty like me?

I've just arranged my motorhone insurance with AIB for the third year running.

Always very impressed with the chaps and ladies I speak too, very quick and slick, highly recommend.

Will they get my car insurance back again though this year?

Having been recommended to contact AIB I was very impressed with the policy they quoted and arranged for me with Chubb Insurance.

Having given me some options, the Cover I opted for is agreed value and has a provision for me to get a higher amount if the markets moved in a positive light when I come to replace if I've had to claim.

Only downside is they couldn't provide any track day cover but the agreed value was a comfortable trade.

Quick note to say I’ve arranged my car insurance with these for another year including my two classics and found them easy & great to deal with again.

Just a quick note of praise to AIB for assisting with my motorhome insurance.

The girl I spoke to was fantastic and sorted a policy, despite it not quite being a motorhome yet and gave me 30 days to get the registration document changed.

Really easy to deal with and i will definitely be staying with them, thank you

Took out a policy with them via Hiscox for my three vehicles including the Ferrari 458.

Good advice, great cover. Very pleased.

Call after call and still no price,

Had no idea about a modified car,

Total waste of time ringing.

I never write reviews but this time I feel I have to. I have never received such great customer service from an insurance broker. I have recommended my friends already and I will always use AIB. 5 stars all round!!!!

I have used AIB for many years for both my business and personal needs. They always ensure I get the best deal and remind me in good time when I need to renew any of my policies which is a heaven send when I am in the thick of it - not keeping up with my policies could be a disaster!

Every staff member I speak to on the telephone is more than helpful, they realise that time is of the essence and do not waffle on unnecessarily trying to flog me things I do not need and am not interested in.

I receive my paperwork via e-mail immediately after renewing which gives me the peace of mind that everything is in place.

I would highly recommend AIB to people who need a company that does what it says on the tin.

In June our beloved 2010 Hymer Exsis was stolen by some lowlife and lost. AIB and their underwriters KGM were very helpful,although there were some issues which are still being resolved-just dread what my premium will be next year.

You only find out how good your insurance when it comes to making a claim!
