I have had many years of excellent sevice from Baxterts, I would recommend them to a friens but as a "professional" I do not recommend financial services.

She was very nice and was able to explain things quickly and effectively. Our home insurance was arranged almost immediately and we were given quite a few options. She responded to all questions very quickly and made it a smooth hassle free process. I would highly recommend the service.

Our Company uses Baxters for the Company and Fleet Insurance cover. Over the many years we have been using them they have always gone out of their way to be helpful and efficient. They are available for advice when required and if I am asking a question they are unsure of, will always double check and confirm back to me.

I always mention that we would Like them to ensure that the Insurance quotations they give us are the best possible and I am happy that this is what we get.

This year we have been pleasantly surprised that our premiums have reduced which is always a bonus.

Baxters have been my brokers for a goodly number of years. I have always found them knowledgeable and helpful. I have given 5 stars because I think the service I have received over the years warrants it.

I have indicated that I would not recommend to a friend as I am a financial professional and therefore never recommend financial products without a proper client/adviser relationship which protects all parties.

That said were I in a position to make such a recommendation I know of no reason why I would not recommend Baxters. I am a satisfied client.
