My vehicle had been involved in road traffic accident, it was the another party's fault. As my vehicle was off the road few day, I lost my earning ( the car is a taxi). I appointed QDOS to act on my behalf for claim loss of earring and the damages to my vehicle. I contacted QDOS once to twice every month during the last three years, the staffpromised me to look at my case and call me back. However, they never did. I wrote many email, but never got a response. Finally, I wrote a complain to Financial Ombudsman Service and I am waiting for a decision.

For your best, think four times before you appoint QDOS to act for you.
