My husband was diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease a few months ago. We started a claim with Beagle Street for critical illness cover. The paper work was minimal and straightforward and every person we spoke to on the phone was kind and helpful. The claim was agreed quickly once the doctor had provided medical evidence and there was no attempt to not pay. I can fully recommend.

Watch out, I've just cancelled both my wife's and my own policies due to being mis-sold and mis-lead. I paid for 2 months premiums within 2 days effectively paying two months in advance as well as losing out on two weeks cover I'd paid for i.e. cover started and finished half way through the month. The customer service offered was shocking and certainly not a company I could trust with my life insurance. Can you imagine them paying out if this is how they start life out with the policy??

I am thrilled with the service I have received every time I have been in contact with Beagle Street. Not only have I been able to make easy contact on the phone on line chat and by email but I haven't had to wait more than a few minutes! everything has been quick and efficient. Staff are very helpful and polite. I will be recommending Beagle Street to my friends and family.

Terrible. Terrible... I tried get critical illness cover for myself from Beagle Street and not even a minute after getting a quote I got a call from a sales agent despite the fact I selected not to be contacted via phone. After going through the application, they were unable to provide me cover and refused to provide the reason. I tried to get an understanding what was their concern, but the sales agent kept trying to sell life insurance although I said numerous times I already had life insurance and only require critical illness cover. I was placed on hold when asked to speak to a manager and got cut off! Whilst I appreciate the fact Beagle Street is small when compared to other major players and cannot insure everyone that come their way, I would appreciate if the process was simpler, clearer and their sales agent would actually listen before trying to push a service I don't required. My wife cancelled her policy as well as a result and we both switched to Legal and General without a hassle.

Bought two policies, one for myself and the other for my husband. Very straightforward to complete the applications. Only comment would be that we cannot use our shared email account for the policies because only one policy can be assigned to an email address.

Beagle Street are by far organised and think of their customers. Application is so clear and does not wash you out. I'm over the moon and happy I'm covered policy schedule suits me payment are acceptable and realistic absolute brilliant! Honestly I cannot fault anything happy customer thank you.
