My interview on line was very thorough. The representative answered all my questions with favourable answers.Was happy with most things, due to my age, wish these types of insurance were about when I was younger. But then of course when young you don't want to think about dying, do you?

Having just spoken to the advisor I found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable, he explained everything precisely and took the time to explain individual points that I wasn’t guite au fait with.

Spoke to advisor today and organised my funeral.

He was respectful of my needs and made it very easy to put into words what I wanted.

Yes I was pleased I made the funeral plan. I was well informed, but found out later when I read the information about it afterwards, there were some issues, which I had not heard properly. Small print stuff.

It was so much information to contain that I was bound to miss a few points.

I would have rather had the information in front of me, so I could in my own tempo be informed.

I asked, to be send a mail, but this isn't the way the system works.

So one thing , which I didn't realise, if I die after the 12 months I will only receive what I would have paid in in that period of time.Anyway it is always the small print which needs attention.

All in all, I will hopefully pay the entire amount so I don't have to worry about the small print.

Very helpful and friendly service got my peace of mind at last

I decided to do something about planning and paying for my funeral. I saw Avalon's advert and decided to find out what was required. The young man I spoke to was friendly, informative and helful. Importantly, no pressure was brought to bear. I can now save for my funeral, and the price is frozen at today's prices. If I die before I've fully paid, all of my instalments are refunded! Fair deal. Thank you for making this affordable for me, and for saving my family hassle arranging my funeral. Great service!

A report on rising funeral costs made me sit up so I contacted Avalon to discuss a suitable plan for me. I was very impressed by my advisor’s attention to detail and general demeanour. I learned everything I need to know while having some amusing exchanges. I was delighted that no pressure was brought to bear and that my options are totally flexible. I am content in the thought that I have made an arrangement that will alleviate the burden when the time comes.
