Do not buy insurance from them, they don’t intend to pay you for any claim despite you providing the evidence. Very upsetting experience. Shocking

They gave me false information to sell me travel insurance. Then I had to chase them for almost 2 months for them to respond to my claim. The worst insurance company I have ever had. Waste of money.

Was very happy with price quoted online - also phoned for medical screening and was pleased that no additional premium was needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Have used 2 years in a row now and will definitely use again.

I recently went on a trip to Malta and having suffered with high blood pressure in the past I rang insuremore to be medically screened before taking out my travel insurance. I found the staff very friendly, helpful and efficient and most importantly the additional premium to include my medical condition was very competitive. I would recommend this company if you have a pre existing medical condition and need travel insurance cover.

Our Annual policy expired few weeks ago and decided to shop around , as suggested by the Queen (i.e. my wife, ha ha) and very often when we go to our holiday home in Barcelona, we hire a car and subject to pay a lot of Euro for CDW. We just bought our Annual policy from InsureMore for their comprehensive cover which includes Free Car hire excess cover - £69.09 as a couple . In fact, for individual is £39.48 , effectively another discount if you buy the couple policy !!!

I am one-parent and told my son(aged 10) to Florida . Upon arrival my son fall ill and he was crying & in great pained. Airport staff was very helpful and arranged ambulance for us , thank god it was just a overnight stay in hospital and next day my son was ok and we checked into our hotel and commence our well earned holiday.

Very impressed with InsureMore's medical assistance, they call us a day later just to ensure my boy was ok and when we got back to UK, we made a claim and it was reimbursed within few days. For sure we will recommend to our friends.

Purchesed insurance for my two children as the adults were on an annual policy with another supplier. according to their site they insure children under 13. I purchased and paid online and was given a policy number. Their promised e mail confirmation never arrived. When I went back on their website my policy didnt exist. Spoke to them on the phone and was advised they no longer insure children under 13. Now waiting for my money back.

During the recent half term school holiday, went on holiday with his school and it was almost impossible to purchase travel insurance for him to travel independently. A family friend recommended us to Insuremore.co.uk and I was very impressed with their web site. Clear; simple, helpful and very competitive. In addition, their after sales services were excellent, almost instantly after I had paid & submitted my order, I received confirmation & all the documents by email.

I found Insuremore's site very simple to use and very competitive. When our annual family travel insurance policy expire, for sure we will consider to move our to Insuremore.

I recommend booking with another, more reputable company! I have booked insurance with this company on several occasions but this time I am most disappointed with them. When I booked the insurance they did not send the insurance certificate to my email address. Their claims line is not a 24 hours service and when I came to print out the certificate by using the policy number from their website, I could not get their website to open up.

I insured myself with Insure more back in 2003 and 2005 although I did not have to claim I was impressed by their fast on line format which was easy to understand and if in the uneventful misfortune I have to make a claim I am sure that they would be equally as easy going in settling the claim.
