My loan hasn't gone through yet, and I have just got it approved today, but the webchat service was a great idea (I could use it while at work), and I spoke to someone at Netloans who was able to talk me through the options, not just a telesales person.

I was looking around many websites for a quote, Net Loans was one of many offering very attractive rates. There were some questions I wanted to ask before I made a full application. On their site there is a chat service where you can ask questions without committing to an application. They answered my questions but I still just wanted a quote without being credit searched. They told me that they don't automatically search you when you make an application, they look over your case and call you with your options, then if you are interested they take your full details, do a credit search then give to an offer. I agreed and they got me pretty much what I was hoping for. The thing for me which set them apart was that the were not pushy, they answered my questions and reassured me. I would recommend anyone with any questions about secured loans to use the chat service. I did it from my desk at work! {don't tell my boss}

Although Net Loans offered similar rates to other brokers, their service was excellent, keeping me informed. I was looked after by the same person all the way through the process. I have had loans from other bigger brokers before, but I would not go anywhere but Net loans in the future.

Net Loans offered a very similar loan to other brokers, but their personal touch and real willingness to help made me feel I was really being looked after and getting the best deal.

Netloans offer excellent service standards and they are ultra efficient. They offer great rates and have friendly experienced staff.

Overall, they are a very efficient and friendly company. I will be recommending them to friends and family if they require a secured loan. The staff are very informative, and they aren't pushy.
