I’m really confused why this company has not been investigated they are loan sharks never answer emails only answer the emails they want to answer. company very underhanded. Please try other resources before using these people you will be happy you did

Unfortunately was declined, they sent a message saying "This may be due to a number of reasons including failing our internal credit or affordability criteria." but they are not sure what it is maybe it could be this reason maybe it's that reason but as a company I expect them to be sure NOT GUESS or ASSUME and know what they are doing and not pass the buck off to credit agencies because credit agencies ultimately they won't give me a reason why moneyboat declined me all they do is show you your credit report or score.

However, I do understand how important it is for you to receive a positive review but on this occasion this is not possible. I am confident if you work closer with credit agencies they will be able to help you find the appropriate solution to explain properly what the reasons are are not say it COULD be a number of things.

Fraud was done on my name and moneyboat know all about this and said by email they would take it off my credit report and 6 weeks later they still haven’t and the police have found fraudulent activity and are investigating but moneyboat have not stuck to there word and are now ignoring my emails.

What makes it worse is that they even paid the money into an account that was NOT under my name and in the email they’ve even admitted the lending team shouldn’t of done this but yet still they blackening my name they shouldn’t have the power to do this especially when it’s a clear case of fraud .They can ignore my emails as much as they want but I will not stop till my name is cleared Iv even given them the name and address of the person who took the loan out.See you in court moneyboat and I want compensation for the stress you’ve caused me and bad credit to my name making it impossible for me to get any credit.Stay well away from this company there very unprofessional and a small time band.

Applied for £350 at 1;15pm asked to provide bank statement at 3:40 funds are on thier way APPROVED at 4:41pm, Rang customer services & they were realy helpful & patient with me, taking me step by step to send my bank statements.Moneyboat say that the funds will credit my account no later than 6pm this evening. It isnt exactly instant but they do lend the same day.Overall I am very pleased with them. I would recommend to friends who find themselves in a bit of a tight spot... A little cheaper interest than other PDLs too.

Pure harassment, stop at nothing keep finding ways of hunting you down. Don’t touch them!!!!!!!

Used moneyboat a few times and excellent to deal with. Really nothing but positive.

Application easy and quick, quick response! Application accepted lots of forms, texts and emails, a bit annoying but fine! Had a caseworker because I don’t have a second contact telephone number even though they already my email, mobile number and home/work address he couldn’t process my application! Wouldn’t say he really cared or bothered much after email all day I decided To cancel my request and go elsewhere! Again he didn’t really bother about losing business!
