but closed down due this scam i owed them 700 but it got written off,

THEY HAVE MANAGED TO SCAM ME OUT OF A THOUSAND POUNDS AND ARE REFUSING TO REFUND ME MY MONEY, I HAVE GOT THE POLICE, TRADING STANDARDS AND OTHERS ON THE CASE AS I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN FULL. WHEN YOU CALL THEM EVERYONE IS FOREIGN SPEAKING ACCENT THEY DO NOT HAVE A CLUE WHERE RIVERSIDE IS AND WHEN YOU ASK TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE APPARENTLY THEY ARE ALL BUSY AND A CALL BACK IS NEVER GIVEN. DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE ME I HOPE SOMETHING BAD HAPPENS TO THEM ALL FOR TAKING PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY AND LEAVING PEOPLE IN A MORE DIFFICULT SITUATION. Having used these around 4 times and paying every loan back on time, i was refused a loan with no explenation at all, i wrote and emailed them and was ignored. DO NOT USE THESE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

I am a customer of Money Lender and have always paid my loans either on time or early. I am going on holiday next week and needed a loan to cover certain expenses. I was refused. I was told that they were unable to confirm my details. After several emails between myself and Money Lender asking what can I do to resolve the matter I was advised to send a copy of my bank statement. I asked if I could send it via email .. at this point, Money Lender agents continually sent me the same email over and over again, refusing to confirm which details needed confirming and now they just ignore me altogether. Very Very disappointed and disheartened.

had a bill due which i forgot about, they approve my loan instantly and the money was in my acc in a s less then 5 min... I tend to ask questions but the website covered everything.. a good business running there!

to cut a long story short, money lender were very good at the start, very fast and efficient BUT after having 4 previous loans wich i paid back on time on the 5th time of asking they declined me and after several emails i sent asking why i'd been rejected they told me it was not their decision but an automated one, i was left VERY disappointed as i relied on the money, frustrating!

After filling out the form, and providing my documents. I waited around an hour before I had another email telling me to click a link to complete my loan. I was then asked to verify my card details, which I did i had the sufficient funds required to verify my account/card. I was told I had been APPROVED. I then relieved an email again saying I was approved, and that my funds would be with me soon, and to click another link to agree to my loan agreement. I did that and all was complete. Then I sat waiting for my funds. and waited and waited. I then logged into my account to see that the amount i requested had been rejected? Yet I had no offer or any other amount nor any notification that this was the case. I contacted them by email as they don't have a phone number to be told "Your application was rejected, have a nice day!" When I forwarded on my original acceptance emails and asking for an explanation as to why I had now all of a sudden been rejected after signing the agreement, I was told they had tried to contact me via the phone (which never happened), again no answer to my question. Ive replied again supplying my phone number to hand, and again asking for an explanation and I haven't had a response.

I needed £425 urgently to pay some overdue rent. After an hour waiting to talk to my bank they wouldn't help me even though I have been a customer for more than 10 years and never gone overdrawn!
