My wife and I had an amazing experience with Prudell. From the beginning, phone conversations were informative and pleasant. Face to face meetings were well prepared with extensive work being carried out in order to give us the maximum amount of information. The member of staff who was managing our mortgage application and life insurance policies was superb and knowledgeable and he followed up with recommendations for life insurance trusts, guiding us through that process. All other staff working in support were efficient and did all in their power to ensure that all of our needs were met and all queries were dealt with promptly.
