Am happy I was able to get my money recovered through the help from “globaltraderecovery.net.” Company , they are truely a life saver.

please everyone should be careful and stop being decieved by all these brokers and account managers, they sham me over $70,000 of my investments capital,they kept on requesting for extra funds before a withdrawal request can be accepted and processed,in the end,I lost my money.all efforts to reach out to thier customers support desk had declined,I found it very hard to move on. God so kind I followed a broadcast that teaches on how sham victims can recover thier funds, I contacted a representatives through the email provided for consultation,I got feedback after some hours and I was asked to provide all illegal details concerning my investments,I did exactly what he instructed me to do without delay,to my greatest surprise I was able to recover my money back including my profits which my capital generated.i said that I will not hold this to myself but share it to the public so that all deceived victims can get their funds back. I had a bad trading experience with this broker, it was very difficult to get a withdrawal after many failed attempts. I had to hire a refund solution firm to get my funds back. Glad I got a refund.

Whitdrawal from my binary account without my permission. No Idea who took the money. No answer from customer support.

Terrible slippage and stops being taken out when price nowhere near. Poor customer service promising to reinstate positions and not doing so.

Their MT4 platform showing price spikes that their Traderpro platform and other broker platforms did not reflect.

I was so relieved to get my money out of this company, which by the way took seconds to deposit and days to withdraw!

Having traded with a number of platforms these are by far the worst, they will do everything they can to restrict you withdrawing both your funds and any profits, do not trade with these people they are worse than backstreet loansharks.

Most platforms are cheats as they shift the price without you knowing except you are very vigilant.

I opened a trade that was not volatile it was in positive and when i closed it immediately it went back to -5.50.

I now went to the MT4 platform as i thought it will be difficult to manipulate on MT4 unfortunately, it is the same. I opened a trade and before the number of pips was reached i could see the losses running ahead. I.e Loss of 5 pips = £50 (normally). I saw 5Pips = £76.

Key thing with ETX is dont open much trades open only one trade during non-volatile periods do mini lots with them else they wipe you out in no time.

The binary platform periodically gets a face lift but the error messages continue to occur.

This platform still has work to do on its IT.

The binary account has a nice design and is easy to use but I would not put any large amounts of money in to it.

There are still a lot of problems on the IT side.

That said the customer service team are very helpful and in time you would expect it to improve once they sort out the IT issues.

Nice enough people and good platform but..I have not had that much experience with ETX, I gave them a try to spread bet with a small account size just to test the waters, I am an experienced FX trader and use various other brokers and their platforms - the down side to ETX is that the slippage and variable spread size is not what it says on the tin even during non volatile times... in my experience it is very difficult to make money with them - if you do, your takings will be small. The platform though good, is tweaked to terminate your trade way before your assigned stop loss is hit, I have experienced this a number of times and is very annoying especially when the trade in question turns in your favour after they prematurely hit your stop loss!

Customer service... they seem friendly enough (no issues here), but then again I have not made a complaint yet (not worth it, as mentioned earlier, I am only trying them out).

IMHO I would take my business to a more reliable and trusting broker.
