They told me they were reviewing my account. I asked how long would it take. They said it would take a few days (Three weeks ago) I have asked them 6 times since to just close my account and haven't got 1 reply. Rubbish company that hasn't the decency to talktalk to it's customers.

I started using it only few days ago but practiced on demo for long time which is very good.Very easy and user friendly. Charts should be upgraded and must include mountain version. Must provide technical analysis and research and forecast for each stock.That is badly needed

Would highly recommend this program, with a free signup deposit what have you to lose.

Takes too long to actually buy the share when wanted. by the time you actually get the share the stock price has already risen and you slightly lose a small amount of money.

the Plus500 product is lite and runs really well. the mobile app is easy to use, loads quickly and works well. the charting functions are limited but good enough till you get back to your desktop.

I can see the potential of this website/company in making myself a nice profit. And even if I don't, it would be a good learning experience and I'm having a lot of fun.

I'm generally very happy with Plus500. The only problem I've ever experienced is with running the application at work. This is entirely due to restrictions on the network, and not primarily the fault of Plus500. You have to allow certain TCP ports to the Internet in order to use the app, and if your network prevents that, then you are forced to use the web app, which isn't quite as good.

Apart from that, customer service and the app itself have both been very good.
