During the viewing it was all good, we signed the contract and moved into the flat.

First thing we noticed was that the handle on the door leading to the balcony was broken! Clearly they did not bother to check the state of the flat beforehand! A lot of other things were damaged and we continued having issues with the flat which was a disaster - leaks, boiler broke 2 times, and many many other issues - either landlord or the agency itself were very stingy - we had to argue for months on end to get anything done. When we moved in chest of drawers was completely unusable, asked for a replacement and got told that 'if we're happy to stay without the chest of drawers fine if not hand in your notice' - they don't care about tenants at all. The majority of the 6 months of our tenancy were an absolute nightmare! Sending chaser emails every day, struggling to get responses, didn`t get the full set of 2nd pair of keys until 2 months after moving in.

Surprise surprise, 4 months into our tenancy, we got notice to move out of the flat - when we asked why we were told that `the flat was being sold`.

Needless to say right after we moved out they released the flat on the market again for rental, and now, 6 months after someone had moved into the flat after us, the flat is back again on the market! These people are completely unreliable, kicking people out every 6 months so they can get agency fees probably ( and a shady landlord).

AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want to go through CHAOS.

A bad example of estate agency! I have never dealt with such a horrible agency before! This one I used is the Birmingham central office.

They tell you what you want to hear during the veiwing, kind of false information, and tells you totally different once you moved in. Basically, they play with words and treat you badly. They also don't turn up for the appoinment such as inspection without letting you know! How horroble! If you phone them complaining about it they say sorry but it's cancelled. If you express how annoyed you are, all you hear from them is "I said sorry! What do you want me to do?" a very blunt voice! Choose a good agent!
