We viewed a property which was highly priced. However we were ready to negotiate and gave them a final offer 5% lower than the marketed value. We were been verbally abused for not giving the price they were asking and telling us that we wasted their time and they only work for the seller and not us.

The language and the behaviour was too unprofessional. There is always a way to negotiate and if you disagree then politely decline rather than behaving unprofessionally.

Other people in the chain had used internet agents who once the chain reinstated were not interested in progressing to completion but the person I dealt with and the team in Cardiff were on the case everyday encouraging progress in a professional way , making sure the correct information was shared

4 weeks for for sale sign 9 weeks for brochure (asking twice weekly) stated 3 not 4 bedrooms described as between villages which was completely inaccurate

Very good at selling themselves and their company. It was described as being the highest point someone at Spicer Haart group could achieve if they were promoted to work at Chewton Rose instead, so they were meant to be the best estate agents in the group. Person who told me this and got me to sign up left soon after and no one told me, this person seemed to know the area.

Company is described as selling a country lifestyle but none of the other agents knew the area, they live up to 40 miles away and didn't appear to understand country living. All shiny shoes and suits, no wellies in the car even when coming to a house with large grounds during wet winter, ducked when a bird flew overhead.

Terrible wording on details, was told they were written by a professional so not up to me to question, changes with errors made without checking with me. No viewings for five months - they make you sign up for a minimum of five months.

Good service from the start alway kept in formed and the sale went through quite smoothly will recommend to everyone to use the company the details were first class lovely photos
