The level of service provided by these people is dreadful, their customer service is non-existent. It is hard to believe they want to sell property. On one occasion I phoned about a property and it took them 4 days to get back to me with details. On another occasion I asked for a viewing and was informed they had a full diary for 7 days, so couldn't arrange a viewing for 10 days in total. The final straw was flying the length of the country to see a property, being told we could not see it on the day of arrival because 'the vendor is not available', arranging to stay until the second day when we could see it, and then being told after we had travelled that they had sold it to a purchaser the day before - the day it was not available for us to view. In case you are wondering we are cash buyers in rented accommodation seriously looking for a property in a hurry! Do not use this agent.
