We had problems from the day we moved in, arrived at the property to dirt in every room beer cans left under the sink from the painter that we had informed easylet about when we had gone round to view it and was told it would be sorted before we move in which it wasn’t, so we cleaned the house from top to bottom before we could unload all our stuff then we couldn’t access the conservatory and back garden as no keys fitted the doors and when we phoned them we was told we would have to wait two days for a locksmith to come out and sort it, we told them it wasn’t good enough and to pay someone to come out ASAP.

We lived in the house for just over 3 years and every time we reported something it was ignored by them unless I called them at least 5 times, problems we had included damp in the study guttering broken windows needed replacing tap valves leaking in the bathroom and fence panels being blown over in high winds, four different people came out and looked at all of it said they would speak to the landlord and get back to us, they never did so I had to keep calling them, for six months the tap in the bathroom was leaking from a valve at the back and it took 15 calls and me having to threaten to take the money out of the rent for them to get someone out and fix it, when we moved in we had a really big garden then about 18 months after moving in my wife woke from a night shift to find half the garden had been taken as it didn’t belong to the house and when we asked what they was going to do about it we was told nothing and if we wasn’t happy we knew what we could do ie move.

We stayed and paid our rent on time every month then in February 2018 we had a inspection which was the first time in 3 years about a week later I got a call saying after the valuation that had been done the landlord decided he was going to be selling and a section 21 was going to be served the next day meaning they wanted us out mid April, I informed them more than once that it was invalid as we paid our rent on the 5th of the month and it should be reissued on the 5th March and we would move out on the 5th May this was never done.

We asked to be there for the final check out and was told that we couldn’t be there.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THE STAFF DONT CARE AND HAVE CCJs which we was told by the staff member himself when we tried to make a complaint

If I could I would give zero stars. I would advise anyone to steer a million miles away from this agency, all they are after is your money and they do nothing for you as a tenant.

My partner and I were given our 2 months notice just after Christmas as the house was being sold, they were zero help finding us a new place to live and being in the house for three years you would think they would want to help us out. Even when the notice was served it was simply placed into my hand by one of the men who works there and no explaination of process or protical was ever offered. Upon actually vacating the property, we went back the day after the move and cleaned for three hours, we needed our deposit back and I would have done so any way. A few days after returning the keys my partner got a phone call telling us we were getting none of our £500 deposit back due to the state it was left in. We had left some of the walls painted/papered but were told prior to leaving that this was fine, but then apparently it wasn't. Apparently we hadn't cleaned the house and the garden was a state. Arguing it out with them my partner was told by the man incharge of maintenance that he had I quote "spent enough time on the matter and he had had enough" which is unbelievably unprofessional and rude, eventually we managed to argue it out and retrieve part of our deposit. Not even a week after we move out my old neighbor calls me and lets me know that this same man has been to the property and said how terrible my partner and I are and that he didn't blame her for wanting a higher fence! To add to that he told her there was no way we were getting any of our deposit back as we had trashed the house! This man is vile and this company is an utter joke! We lived with mould and a leaking attic, our shower was broken for 6 months before they bothered to have it fixed. The back door was only replaced once we physically couldn't open it and I have an infant daughter. I would rather set my self on fire than return to this company and I would advise anyone thinking of letting off of them to run as far and fast as they possibly can. They want money, that's all. Disgusting human beings.

They discriminate against you and discriminate against age. All they care about is taking your money, my sister and her boyfriend found a place through this company, passed every check required of them and paid all thier administration fees, signed all the paperwork required and was given a moving in date. Then was told that they couldn't get the flat because they where under the age of 25 even tho this was never disclosed in any meetings and they even offered to give them 6 months rent for in advanced ( which is about £4,500) this was still wasn't good enough for them or the landlord, then they tried to us their references as an excuse which is just childish and pathetic, both the company and landlord are a waste of space and time.

DO NIT NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T CARE ABOUT HELPING YOU FIND A PLACE!!!!!!!!

Flat looked good on viewing. Within weeks the shower leaked flooding the flat below. Took 3 attempts to cure. Water poured in through hole in roof, defective flashing, blocked gutters. Damp over the entire bathroom wall The list was endless. One bedroom was uninhabitable for 6 weeks. Their maintenance guy made Donald Trump sound like the Pope on the liar scale -- lies were the default position.

Eventually Council slapped an enforcement notice on them and this took 9 months before work was done and even here they bodged.

Why did we stay? Incredibly convenient location. Did we get any compensation? Half a month.

Me and my brother viewed a property today. Even though he went to the wrong place and was a few minutes late haha he was very apologetic even though it was only a few minutes.

Showed us a lovely property and was easy to get along with, would definitely recommend easy let to everyone. :) Xx

We didn't have to do the chasing they were always quick on the ball to call us with any news, info or any other general correspondence.

We used easy let to find a tenant for our house and chose them as they had been recommended by friends of ours. We gave specific criteria for what tenants we were looking for and they ensured they only put forward candidates that matched that criteria. This meant we found a suitable tenant quickly

As first time landlords easy let made sure they kept us informed all of the way and dealt with any problems quickly to ensure the tenant could move into the property on the required date.
