From my very first enquiry, to my very last request we were treated in a professional, efferent and friendly manner. Nothing was to much trouble. Everything was done on time in a very quite and confident manner. The brochure was an absolute delight the quality was outstanding. Every phone call we made was answered either straight away or within the hour. All viewings were accompanied as our property was empty, we were informed by e-mail and text beforehand and feedback was given after each visit. We were probably rather nervous sellers and found the solid unwavering support from them, very welcome. His local knowledge and keen eye as to what was going on around made this a very quick sale at the price we wanted.

Having recently purchased a property through Elizabeth Davenport, I really would recommend their services to all.

We didn't know Elizabeth Davenport as well as some of the other agencies but liked what we saw on their property marketing materials so invited them and others to talk about selling our property. After meeting them we decided we trusted them most to sell our property and are very glad we did.

Our sale was not always straightforward but we really felt they worked on our behalf, helping buyers further down the chain re mortgages, suggesting a fairer approach on a price reduction so we only took a fairly small reduction and the pain was shared amongst several, chasing certain solicitors who at times were awful (AVOID FREE CONVEYANCING!!). Overall, they were very professional and streets ahead of any other estate agent we've used (we've been through several in Coventry one way and another, threatening to take one very large one to the Ombudsman, we were so appalled with their incompetent practices).

They're not absolutely perfect, we still had to chase occasionally, but it was occasional and a few hours, far better than our experience elsewhere. We would certainly use them again and would recommend them to others. We wish them well in building their business, we need more professional estate agents

I used Elizabeth Davenport to sell my late Mother's house. Of particular note was the innovative way in which the property was marketed. They produced a high quality virtual tour and and a professionally printed brochure that was immaculately presented. They arranged an 'open day' viewing which worked very well and produced a sale for us within 10 days of the house being introduced to the market.

Overall they were thoroughly professional in every aspect of the sale. Highly recommended!
