Very unprofessional company and incompetent manager. Avoid this company. Will certainly not be recommending this company to anyone, if anything, making sure people avoid this company at all costs.

My experience with this letting agent in Wembley Park is absolutely amazing. Especially with one agent! He was a life-saver in my long search for a place to live. He was understanding, professional, helpful and friendly. He found me a place within a few hours!!! He truly knows what he is doing!!! Also a big thank you to another person who took my initial call and all my details and was so lovely on the phone. 

but sadly, Hunters (Fishponds, Bristol) selling our Flat was massively soured by the manager who locked a door during a viewing on our Flat he didn't have a key for (despite being initially told not too). Instead of owning up to his mistake (which we would have been fine with us), he blamed us for not giving him that key and that WE should pay for a LockSmith! As if I wasn't furious enough, he actually slammed the phone down!!!!! A real shame as the two other staff members were good but the manager typifies everything rotten Estate Agents "used" to be infamous for

Absolute clowns! Always have a attitude, never want to sort any issues with the property. I left the property 2 month ago and they aren't releasing my deposit, talking about damage when I have emails from them accepting it wasn't my fault. Avoid!

We viewed a house in Gretna Green, liked it and started to try and go head with the rental. That was were the trouble started. Hunters were as much use as a hole in the head. We even twice tried travelled from Berwick to Carlisle to sort out the paper work to no avail. The girl who says she was manager of lettings did not have a clue what she was doing took copied all our documents after checking them saying everything was great. A week later she sent us another form to fill in via e mail I offered to return to the office but she refused making excuses and she also said she sent document in the post which we never received. W never want to hear the name Hunters again. Cost me cost me over 300 miles of diesel trying to sort it out and we got nowhere at all. Waste of time and money. 

Renting a house in Horsforth from Hunters Pudsey - many maintenance issues that have taken months to have fixed (water leaking through conservatory roof for example). We end our tenancy in September (thank god) and when I arrived home last week I found one of the agents taking photographs through our living room window from our driveway, presumably to try and withhold our bond. I had to pay an odd-job man £100 to remove rubbish and broken glass that they had repeatedly promised to remove but failed to do so and the director of the company refuses to reimburse me, either ignoring my emails or repeatedly claiming that the invoice that the workman sent me doesn't have enough information on it. Never experienced anything like it - don't use them!

The person I dealt with showed us the flat and he is very good at selling places to you the problems occur once you move in. No one picks up the phone, no maintenance carried out by Hunters who were managing it. When they do turn up they don’t complete the jobs.

When we left we had to fight hard to get our deposit as they made up stories on the deposit form. The flat was a mess because they didn’t fix the issues. Don’t rent from them they are terriible

Despite having no cooking facilities, hot water or washing facilities for much of the first month of our tenancy, Hunters were incredibly unhelpful.

They were slow to resolve ‘emergency’ issues, instead asking that we wash by boiling the kettle to run a bath. Fortunately, no cheeky suggestions were made as to how we could cook or wash our clothes, as we waited for their slow resolution to fix our inadequate ‘new’ flat.

We were treated with zero respect and Hunters showed their disregard for the impact on us as tenants, preferring to emphasise what an excellent job they had done. Clearly, their job was far from it. I have never been so astounded by poor customer service.

I would strongly recommend avoiding Hunters. They are not an organisation that will work with you but, rather, for themselves.

Rented from this company, would NEVER use again. They don’t like giving deposits back, they don’t carry out repairs when asked, frequently asked for meter readings, not forthcoming. I would like to know if they lodge deposits with the tenant deposit protection service. They over quote for anything that is wrong when they inspect on termination of rental, can’t think of anything I liked about the whole experience

They did nothing within 6 months apart pushing us to reduce the price. They did not able even to take some nice pictures within two weeks!!

Please avoid the losers!
