I would avoid Lillicrap Chilcott like the plague. We were recently gazumped on a property purchase and was totally unimpressed with Lillicrap Chilcott's role in this sordid episode.

This company is horrendous. As a buyer their communication is v poor. The weekend staff were brilliant however permanent staff don’t care about you as a buyer. They are ignorant and not very nice people to deal with.

They vastly over-value properties to get your business.

Lack of communication - you have to chase them to get anything done.

Very expensive but have the gift of the gab, saying they already have buyers for your property, so if you are new to selling and want a quick sale, you are ambushed into agreeing their high fees as they make you believe you will have a quick sale.

Then nothing happens for months.

Then you receive a call from them wanting to drop the price by tens of thousands as property over-priced - yet they still want their high percent.

Feel very let down and would never use again. Waste of time.
