Avoid At All Costs, Nightmare Company
Rented a property for 3 years, it was run down but we were desperate and because we were desperate and had a dog the went up by £75 per month to £670, for a small flat with damp and mould, ants, Carbon monoxide poisoning the list goes on!
Please avoid this company at all cost and you will not get your bond back if you write a bad review!

Terrible
Made me pay an extra £75 a month for a dog and when I no longer had the dog living with me and asked for the charge to be taken off they refused. Also made me pay a year up front, putting me in debt. 41 Bridgnorth Drive is a mould infested flat which is not worth £450 a month let alone the £670 that I’m having to pay every month. Avoid an agent especially and don’t get involved with this terrible agency. I ended up with carbon monoxide poisoning because they didn’t have adequate ventilation in the flat. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Absolutely terrible experience. They charged me an extra £75 a month for having a dog, and when the dog was no longer living with me, they refused to remove the charge. They also made me pay a year upfront, which put me into debt. The flat is riddled with mould and is definitely not worth the £450 per month, let alone the £670 I’m being charged.

Great For Busy Landlords Like Me
I have a really busy IT business and I don't really have the time or desire to manage my buy to let apartment. Since handing the keys over to the guys at Nottingham Lettings, they found me a tenant in days and have managed everything since then.
I have not been plagued with questions about this and that from the tenant. They handle everything and the maintenace they had to do was at a very reasonable rate cheaper than my own quotes!!
I just get a statement every month and the money in my bank. It has been totally hands off for me for the last 8 months and I look forward to this continuing.
