i was suppost to rent a house using the online letting agency, i connected them and was happy in the beginning with the service i received, but three days later i still had not heard back, and when i chased them up to get the paperwork started they had me down for the wrong property, this was corrected, but then a week later i still had not had any information come through, as to what references they wanted etc, three days before i was due to move into the property i still had not heard anything, when i told the landlord this, he said they claimed i had not contacted them. claiming i was lying. I am not happy at all, and will be telling everyone i know not to use this company. Mistakes happen, and delays may occur, but for me to be the one to chase them, when i am the tenant is not right.

I have used this company to let out my property a couple of times now. I upload the photos and description and it is on rightmove in a couple of hours. They do all of the advertising and arrange viewings. The landlord has to do the viewings, but to be honest, i like to meet my potential tenants anyway. They did referencing (which were pretty thorough to be honest) and gave me a contract. The entire service was free, and i can't fault them in any way. It was easily as good as my experiences with high street letting agents, and didn't cost me a months rent! They charged my tenant an admin fee (which i guess is where they make their money). I don't know how much it was, but my tenant said it was less than they'd had to pay last time.
