Absolutely awful service. Only one person deals with Rentals and she is completely untrustworthy, unprofessional and unhelpful .

We only rented for 6 months and it cost us considerably both financially and mentally. She had no idea of any of the processes. She never answers emails or return’s calls.

They are beyond useless. Rude , arrogant and horrible to deal with .I am sure there has to be a better company if you want to rent in that area .Don’t waste your time or money.

Many Thanks to the team at Webbers. Along with their help, we moved from viewing to having the keys in my hand in 4 weeks! Not many people would believe this. They eased situations for both parties, and were happy to speak with solicitors.

The sale of our property was a breeze thanks to the above office. From the initial marketing angle and pricing through to brochure production to the end sale was handled in a very professional manner. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and organised. They delivered with ease!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They kept in touch regularly and promptly while my property was on the market, and always returned my calls if not immediately available. As a result the transaction went through with the minimum of stress, which for me, a rather dotty senior citizen, was a blessing as the packing up was a nightmare!!

We were very impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable professionalism of the agent. She had done her homework and understood exactly what we wanted. We had 2 concerns on our first visit, which she had already anticipated and had prepared answers. Firstly, a right of way over adjoining land could be created to solve access problems; and as for bus times, she had a timetable to give to us! We made an offer that day.

There were a few hiccups before completion (none of them Webber's fault), throughout which they kept us fully informed.

We dealt with many estate agents throughout Devon and Cornwall during our property search, and found the Torrington Branch of Webbers to be by far the best.

We ave also used them for buying property, and again have experienced exceptional level of service in all aspects.

They have liaised with all solicitors involved in the sales throughout the chain, ensuring a smooth transition for the complete process.

Their knowledge of the local area helps prospective purchasers moving into the area.

Would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to either sell or buy property.

We sold our family home this year through Webbers. It is a large property so did not expect it to sell easily. However within 2 months of putting on market Webbers had got us a purchaser. Unfortunately due to their circumstances that sale fell through but we had plenty of interest after that and finally sold. Looking back the timing worked out better for us and we found the team at Webber to be very supportive through what can be a stressful time. Would not hesitate to recommend Webbers to anyone wanting a professional yet friendly service.

I am very happy to pass on my comments about Webbers Fine & Country in Torrington. The whole team were extremely professional and they didn't loose any enthusiasm even when the sale fell through on the first occasion (right at the last minute!)

There is a very good team spirit within the office that comes accross very well. Viewings were arranged swiftly and always accompanied. Potential buyers were well screened with good feedback before and especially after any viewings. It is important to know the buyers potential, as preparing the property is very labour intensive.

A high level of professionalism in all quarters from all members has made it a pleasure to work them. Phone calls were returned in quick time and I experienced excellent communication.
