I would like to write a review for one of your representatives who works at Whitegates Walton Vale branch.
She has supported me through the process of purchasing a property she has good communication skills and helped me with any information I requested regards to the property.
I feel she has gone above and beyond with all enquiry's and I would recommend Whitegates to anyone in the future.
This Is The First Time I Have Used Whitegates And
This is the first time I have used whitegates and I found them very professional.
Rang up and spoke to someone. I explained we had been to view a property that they had on their books and that I wanted to put an offer in .
She said she would ring the vendor to see if they would accept the offer.
She rang me back within 10 minutes to let me know that they had.
She was really helpful and friendly.
I would definitely recommend whitegates to my family and friends if they were ever selling their property.
Beware - Terrible New Management
As a tenant with Whitegates for over 7 years i previously had no issues - then management changed just under a year ago. They now forge inspection reports to hold deposits, email threatening and abusive emails and are awful to rent from. They fabricated damages to my home and have no professionalism. Please do not rent from whitegates, i would hate for prospective tenants to deal with what i've gone through.

Fantastic staff....they took all the stress off me that is associated with buying a house,and I was kept informed every step along the way.... This estate agent was recommended to me,and I would recommend them to you,they're extremely professional and efficient, and fees are very reasonable......
Wakefield Office Absolutely Shocking Service
Ok so I called this branch in Wakefield after seeing a house that I wanted to view,I was greeted by a woman who's tone of voice sounded like someone had just pooped in her sandwich box.
I was asked very bluntly what my telephone number was and what I wanted.
I told her I wanted to view a property and she asked me "when can you move in?" I said "well I'm just wanting to view it first and then decide if it was right for myself and my family then we'd see if we wanted to leave out current property"
She proceeded to say "well you should know if you want to move or not!"
I said "excuse me! Can I just say something? You are very rude and I'd like to speak to someone else! Also what's your name?!"
She told me she was the manager and the only other person in the office She then said that she thought I was very rude and "do I want to view the property or not?!"
I told her politely to shove her property where the sun don't shine and put the phone down!
Honestly this was the worst customer service I have ever received and I would stay well away from this company if you don't want your head biting off for asking someone to do there job!
Absolutely disgusting service and the person I dealt with needs to buy "customer service for dummies" and give it a good read before she answers another call to a customer.

Stay Away From Whitegates In Keighley!
Very poor service, stay away from Whitegates in Keighley, they fully manage 2 of my properties, I asked for costs/quote for a job and completely ignored me, then I received an unexplained bill to pay for a call out charge W-T-F ?!?! Disappointing,
I am now moving to YourMove next door to them as the so called "manager" is not willing to sort the situation and they'd rather lose me as a long standing customer!

Incompetent and inconsistent. Mixed messages, lack of customer care, unprofessional in every sense of the word.
I wish I had read the awful reviews this business had before contacting them and hitting brick walls at every point.

Did Not Return The Money
In June 2016 I have to move to the property, pass all checks and two days before getting keys the agency told me that the landlord changed minde and that his taken property of the market. The agency doesn't give any help for me and my family! I was paid 150£ reservation fees. After that I was contacting the office few times and some one just was lying for me that they will return my money back. I was send the letter to the bootle office(i have copy of letter and receipt), and there was no response since that time. It's nearly 8 months I'm waiting on my money back? I have all phone calls recorded.

Unfortunately it was your Landlord who decided to withdraw the property from the market and whilst doing so had agreed to return your deposit money since we had completed and paid for the necessary references to be carried out. We did speak to your landlord on several occasions to have your money returned but eventually they stopped returning our calls. I do believe that prior to this review whitegates have returned your referencing fees in full.

Disatisfied Tenant Of These Clowns!
I had recently rented a property from this letting company who are a total joke. Have gone 6 months without the use of a working fridge that was not repaired, no use of a fire totally either unacceptable that I could not keep any food refrigerated for months.Reported the fridge on numerous occasions but no results. On day of leaving had a very rude,frosty woman come out to the property who was very unfriendly as myself and a family member was just finishing off the cleaning. When I went to hand the keys in the same rude woman was yet again unfriendly in speaking to myself when I mentioned the fridge freezer had been out of use for a number of months. There was no apology just plain rudeness. I was just wondering if I had a case to take things further should I have problems receiving my deposit bond back. I found the dealings with this agent has left a sour taste in my mouth and I wish to make a complaint about the nasty reception I have received at the end of my tenancy.I would advise anybody thinking of renting through these people to steer clear. Very rude unprofessional staff who need to learn about people skills with tenants as they do not have a clue about customer service. Very poor services.

Worst Estate Agents Ever
Bootle and walton vale have got to be the worst estate agents ever. They are quick enough to take the payment of 150 from you. But basically they don't do nothing as myself is chasing everything up I am doing their job.
To much messing around to rent a property.
They have everything they need and still mess things up.

Hi,
Once you have paid your reference fees and we have passed these fees and your application form across to Landlord Hub then it between your self and the reference company to liaise with each other. This is explained on the application form that you completed.

Do they allow their tenants to have numerous pets in rented accommodation?
