Phoned this morning to get information on a property I was intersted in. The person I spoke to didnt know but promised to get someone who did to phone me back. It never happened. Phoned again in the afternoon, again someone said they would phone me back and guess what they didnt. This is just poor service

Let my house with nova homes but very bad service and very expensive not helpful at all would never use again

High pressure when she wants it, low on detail. Slippery.

Judgemental, without the ability to be so.

Would not touch them with a bargepole if I were you if you want peace of mind. Probably ones for the tax dodgers IMO.

I recently sold my house in Yeovil Somerset through Novahomes.co.uk. I first put my house on the markey with a Connells which is situated in the high street in Yeovil. I had to sign into a contract of 20weeks. I only had 2 viewings in this 20 weeks period. When my period was up, i searched around and opted to go with Novahomes. The fees were only 0.95% which was alot less than half of the connelss fees. I had several viewings and the staff were really helpful and friendly and within 2 weeks I had an offer on my property which I kindly accepted. I am very impressed with the service which Novahomes Yeovil provide
