It is disappointing that you can’t rotate your phone and view property photos in landscape as you can do on all other property apps. Welcome to the 21st century

Ultra Estate 61 Rossmore Road

DO NOT RENT 200 MARYLEBONE ROAD FLAT 73 MARATHON HOUSE WITH THE MOST CORRUPT AGENCY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH KEEP AWAY!!!!We vacated the apartment first week of JUNE 2013 and were owed a deposit of Pounds 5,000 plus. We paid ALL our bills and also used the cleaning service to make sure the apartment was completely clean. We should have gotten our Deposit back by now but ULTRA ESTATES have still not completely paid back our full deposit. They have allowed the Landlord MR RASHID RAHMAN to be in charge of the full funds and now we are at his mercy refund back our full deposit. Today is JUNE 24th and almost a whole month has gone by and all we get are excuses from BOTH ULTRA ESTATE and MR. RASHID RAHMAN about how they "dont have time" to give us our deposit back or how the "landlord is at the bank right now doing the deposit" Or "will be be done by JUNE 19th NO FAIL" All lies and excuses. They are both sitting on our deposit and as of today have not paid it back in full. They are the MOST CORRUPT AGENCY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH KEEP AWAY!!!! DO NOT RENT 200 MARYLEBONE ROAD FLAT 73 MARATHON HOUSE.

When Did Sussex Become Kent?

Spam is very irritating, isn't it. Especially irritating when spam comes daily from someone who promised you information pertinent to your interests.

I asked Primelocation.com for farmland in Kent. I did not expect primelocation.com to send me houses and urban development sites in Sussex. Nor did I expect Primelocastion.com to send the same properties every day, day in day out.

Primelocation.com feels like Jehovah Witnesses and door to door fire extinguisher sales men or dubious estate agents in London's East End. Every city has got such an estate agent. Jumped up market fly pitchers, here one minute gone the next. I guess the web has to have one and it seems to primelocation.com is it.

Oh well. Time to unsubscribe and dump Primelocation.com to the spam box

Someone is paying for Primelocation.com. Whoever is paying for primelocation.com would be wise to read reviewcentre.com and save their money.

Is Primelocation The Worst Site On The Web?

1) Why, if you use the 'this location only' tab, do they give you a radius of several miles outside the town you want?

2) Why can't you search by how recently properties were posted?

3) Why when you click on the 'Feedback' tab to give them some customer feedback - one of the most valuable things you can get from your customers - do they force you to take the time to register? idiotic.

I could go on, but you get the idea. Whoever is in responsible for usability should be worried about their job. Or they could just look at Rightmove and copy that....

I agree with nr 1. It's really annoying when the search is so inaccurate. It's a waste of time.

The Main Problems I Have With Primelocation.com Is

The main problems I have with primelocation.com is they allow estate agents to list their properties at the wrong price (e.g., £1.00 a week for a 2 bedroom luxury apartment) or list properties in the incorrect categories. Also primelocation needs to add an extra category for garages.

For example, I did a search for 2 bedroom flats in London between the price of £100 to £200 per week. The results returned garages! Why?

I also did a search for 2 bedroom flats in N4 between the price of £100 to £180 and then sorted the price from lowest to highest. The search results returned a list of beautiful apartments all priced from £1.00 to £10.00 per week! Estate agents are now deliberately listing their properties at fake prices (£1.00) in order to get their properties showing up in search results. I have reported this to primelocation.com on numerous occasions and they have did nothing to fix these problems and continue to allow estate agents to deliberately list properties at the wrong price or in incorrect categories. As a user of the primeloaction.com website, I have had enough.

Since primelocation.com has no intention of fixing these problems, I will never use their website again.

I Use Rightmove But Today I Tried Primlocation. W

I use Rightmove but today I tried Primlocation. What a disappointment. First, unlike RM, the site did not recognise 'Cotswolds' as a search area. Second, when I tried a specific small village it offered me 400 hits even though I had selected 'this area only.'

I Found Primelocation.com Really Easy To Navigate.

I found Primelocation.com really easy to navigate. Their search function is the only one I've found that has a keyword field, where you can enter specific words to help you find properties that match your criteria. I was looking for a two-bed flat to rent in Chiswick but really wanted a roof terrace, so the keyword search let me filter out anything that didn't mention a roof terrace. So that probably would have solved the problem mentioned in the last review re: bungalows. (What website have you seen that has a special 'bungalow' section anyway?!)Also they will send fairly regular email alerts with new properties that have come on the market, which was really important to me when I was looking for a flat because it was back when there wasn't an overload of rental properties, so if you didn't get a quick viewing it was really easy to miss out on the flat you wanted. I got them every day so could contact the estate agent about flats I liked pretty much as soon as they went on the market.I'm not looking for a place at the moment but I still use the site sometimes. They have some good news and interesting articles about DIY and decorating and whatnot. The only thing I didn't like at first was getting pop-ups about having to register, but as I said, I was actually pleased I did register in the end because of the property listings emails.

Prime Location Is A Difficult Page To Navigate And

Prime location is a difficult page to navigate and does not give a section for bungalows only.I know there are several bungalows for sale in the 2 areas I was searching, but none came up. I cannot believe there would not be any on this site!

Q&A

I'm looking forward to rent a suite in Canada through a third party Primelocation and the landlord is in different country.all the transaction will be carried through the third party Primelocation. i was asked to deposit first month rent and caution deposit that me and landlord agreed to, to Primelocation and they'll send the keys and legal docs through UPS or DHL. 'Primelocation' will keep this amount on hold and will not be transferred to landlord unless we are completely okay with the suite. The amount will be transferred to the landlord only with our approval and if we are not happy with the suite the payment will be refunded.

My question is, is Primelocation a trustworthy third party so that I can make the payment? Does everything goes fairly if there is any bluff involved? I'm little confused getting into this whole third party transaction. Can anyone help me out with this?
