Rightmove Macclesfield poor communication. Rental property Listings not updated and phone messagesefy not responded to.

May 2017 and the prooerty market in Tower hamlets has already dropped by 7 percent. London down 1.5% and uk down 0.6%.
RIGHT MOVE CLAIM FACE TO FACE AND ONLINE THAT PRICES ARE ACTUALLY GOING UP.
Every index in uk is staying prices is falling except RIGHT MOVE.
They are not making sales in millions now so they started lying.
I am first time buyer and waiting for price to bottom out dropping so a good deal could be had.
These are the lot that over price our property. Hope they bust soon.
Hate these misleading pigs.

Kitchen Pipe Was Set Up In A Wrong Way, So That Ne
kitchen pipe was set up in a wrong way, so that new drainage will keep blocking the sink, according to expert advice I seek, unless landlord will pay to re-install the sink pipe properly, which is highly unlikely as I observe.
2. Condensation or mould issues. The main bedroom has a gas pipe built INSIDE it, again in a wrong and stupid way. Water condensates on the pipe and no carbon monoxide indicator is installed. The main bedroom is thus very damp in winter. This is against the law severely. The bath room is slightly better but the fan is too weak to help. We had to open windows each time after showering in whatever weather.
3. The carpets in two rooms are quite old and it takes a lot of efforts to clean them. 3. Mice were found in 2015 winter. Though we purchased poison to kill them, mice feces are still identified in the kitchen as recent as Dec/2016.
4. Induction process by landlord and estate agent. It was done poorly or more precisely, it was not done at all. Agent leaded me into the flat and when I challenged him that it was not properly cleaned, he boldly said I need to clean it myself. Landlady did not appear at all on the first I moved in, and snobbishly left an inventory without any photo taken. Also the inventory contained wrong readings of meters. Be careful about that!
5. Landlord/Managing agents. A simple word for Landlord and Landlady: horrible. They are ignorant, and rude. But landlady carries an additional feature: smarmy. As to agents, I met several of them. They are generally sneaky, coward. I say so because they appear harsh but become soft when I challenge them with the law.
Landlady is smarmy because when the boiler broke down, she responded slow--she replies more than after 24 hrs and retorted , on weekends she cannot get engineer to work--this is against the law-she has to get people to fix it within 24 hrs as we have a child living with us. She later even wrote in email that I should boil kettle water to bath my child. What an amazing mother!
6. Deposit refund. Landlady claims to charge me for 'professional cleaning', though the flat was not professionally cleaned when I moved in. I am still working to request for my deposit back.
7. Therefore stay away from this property and its landlord/landlady including its agent Foxton Blackheath.
Worse Letting Agent - Bath Liane Hanks
Tried to use letting agent LIANE HANKS COMPANY BATH - the most incompetent people we have ever come across .No one knows what is going on , just passed down the line with no one taking responsibility for their mistakes .
Say they are one of top letting agents but not sure how they possibly run a business .Rude , unorganised and can only deal with you by putting phone down on you !
We booked 3 viewings 8 days in advance - called day before to confirm times and details , was told all ok for following day, even double checked address with them , told to
please call on day to re confirm .
Called at 9 am on morning of viewing only to be told they knew nothing about it !! Despite less than 24 hours before having it confirmed . No one had an answer and then tried to say it was the following day but never had our names on any viewings when asked for details !!!!
And then were nothing but rude , most of all the owner !
Never use if you actually want to rent somewhere .
Requested My Property Details To Be Removed
my property was taken off the market several years ago and I requested Zoopla to remove my details ,they were only to pleased to help , my request for rightmove to remove my house details has been unsuccessful in fact i have had no reply,I have a daughter with life limiting health conditions and have also had strokes , people have knocked my door at all hours asking if my house is still for sale . I can not see what righmove have to gain by not removing my property , and it would stop the stress ,that as a family we could do without , why keep putting up details after several years ?
Wrongly Advertised
Dear Sir/Madam
The Western Heritable properties are wrongly classified in your adds. Some properties are advertised as Two Bedroom whilst others are advertised as Three Bedrooms. The majority of western Heritable properties should be classified as two (2) bedrooms because the small room is too small to be classed as a bedroom. Third room should be classed as a dining room as it is too small to be classified as a bedroom. This is as per Lord Freud definition of the size of a bedroom.

Easy To Use App Best Online Search Facility / Could Improve
To be fair the app does what is was set up to do it is pretty straight forward to use & the majority of property market is listed on the app
I did like the newest property first feature as I constantly looked almost every hour to see what had been added
Only bit I didn't like was IDENTICAL searches varied results on app to those on right move web site
Also liked the feature to call the estate agent straight from the phone app page

No Customer Services
Rightmove Overseas provided us with a marketing package and delivered continuously provided an inadequate service. It was agreed verbally by their account manager to provide a add on service which was appreciated. Now their new Director has reneged on the verbal contract and is now going to remove our agreement with out our permission. When I requested a complaints procedure I was informed that they do not have any! What! Rigntmove do not have any complaints procedures or customer service, everyone has to complain to the person they are complaining about, what sort of company is this in the 21st century. When they were asked if they had an ISO 9001 certificate, their Director didn't even know what that was! It is a management system which shows you systems are accurate and that you have all they systems in place to operate to an international standard. Clearly, they do not operate within any guidelines or as an international company.
Worst Company
Most Unhelpful staff don't care at all, the man we were speaking to we're extremely rude when going to view a property. And this is not the first time we have experienced this kind of manner from this company. I would have thought these agency's were made to help us customers find a property and help us through the process but they are the complete opposite
Estate Agents Not Removing Properties That Are Under Offer
I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A PROPERTY TO RENT OR BUY FOR A FEW MONTHS AND HAVE MADE AT LEAST FORTY WASTED PHONE CALLS ENQUIRING ABOUT PROPERTIES ADVERTISED ON RIGHTMOVE ONLY TO BE TOLD BY THE AGENTS THAT THE PROPERTIES ARE EITHER SOLD OR UNDER OFFER SO BASICALLY UNAVALABLE. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I NOW RING AND EPECT TO BE TOLD THE PROERTY IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. THE AGENTS SHOULD HAVE TO PUT 'UNDER OFFER' ON THE ADS BY LAW. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE ADVERTISING STANDARDS AUTHORITY BUT AM LARGELY THINKING THAT THE PROPERTY ADVERTISING WEBSITES ARE LARGELY A WASTE OF TIME.
