This advertising company has really visually pleasing websites. The aestheticism of the website, shows vivid pictures of the houses. They also provide good service, and are very professional. I sold a house and it was sold off of this website. I also have used it to locate apartments. I found it very useful to see the apartments crystal clear, and it made choosing easier. This company was also cost efficient, and I sold my property quickly. When I used the site to search for an apartment, it was fairly simple and user friendly. I would definitely recommend this website to friends and family members. It in all was a good experience. I have never seen a advertising company for reality that uses photography in such a artistically pleasing way. Everything was pretty much clear when I made my purchase, and there was no real information I needed.

I found The Little House Company after seeing one of their ads on a classified advertising website. WE placed our advert and bought a For Sale Board the advert looked great rather like Rightmove. We wanted a private sale and avoided online estate agents. We had six enquiries in 6 weeks and two estate agents trying to convince us to go with them. Watch out estate agents your time could be up, just exchanged on a great house being sold by the owner. The procedure was direct and to the point the owner knew everything unlike the typical agents. I always search for houses for sale by the owners far better more honest and you get better information right down to the council tax bills and utility bills. Found my flat in Bolton using Little House Company good place to find better properties.

I used the Little House Company to search for property that was below market value. Investment in houses of multiple occupation still pays and the house i was looking for needed to be a near a university. I searched all the usual sites you find and found nothing of interest. I used private sale sites where owners where selling direct to find the perfect buy to let. I found a house for sale in Brighton that was slightly above my price. I contacted the owner and found him to be flexible on price and we ended up doing a great deal. He was saving over £5k on agents fees which allowed him to drop his prices. Great site for alternative list of homes for sale.

I am a London based first time buyer lucky enough to get a deposit together for my first home. I was advised by my parents to search for property in local estate agents and on sites like Rightmove and Zoopla. I was looking for a one bed flat in West London for less than £150,000. I kept on revisiting these sites and found that they both carried the same choice of properties. I then change my tactics thinking that people selling a property themselves would be easier to deal with and also might be more flexible with price. This was £10k over my budget , however I made some enquiries with the owner and realised that they must have been saving some serous money on estate agents fees if they sold the flat to me. I noticed the flat also on a local estate agents site . I made some enquiries and found they charged 1.5% commission that's £2400. I used this fact and the fact the market was slow to secure the property at £151950 . So really pleased, I would highly recommend buyers to search private sale sites and The Little House Company .
