Wanted to sell a house urgently .contacted this rubbish company .they made an offer of just over half of value of the property. And promised they will release some funds today if I accept and sign contract.i did sign due to depratly needed money .next day they said we need to send a serveyer to check property then release fund .booked time for serveyer.he checked property .I rang back then they says there is work need doing and lowered offer to another 5k even work was not that much only minor like missing bulbs and stuff.they will push u every way to sign and then push u down to sell at less then half of market value .please avoid at any cost .

Approached this company 1 month ago to obtain an estimate for selling my property. local estate agents had valued the property at 300,000 / 325,000.

This company offered 175,000, subject to excessive surveys which I would be liable to pay for. Absolute robbers. Avoid at all costs. Even repossession would get a higher price at auction.

They tried to tell me my home was worth £40000 less than it was 2 years ago when I bought it for £180000. I turned their offer down and asked a local agent to value the house for me, the agent told me if i wanted a really quick sale to put it on the market for £195000 but that it was worth more and should get more. I ended up selling for £205000, so £25000 more than when I bought it and £65000 more than this unscrupulous bunch tried to convince me it was worth. Be very aware of this lot.

My friend has severe disability. She ssid house to much for her. Dhr cslled and dign up for 200.000 sale. Dhr found a nice bungalow. On the day before exchange they pulled out. No reason given. Then she recievef a revisef ofer of 60.000. Just trying it on.new she vunrable. At least im able to mentally suppprt her now. This is abuse. Dhe wont get over this. C williams man.

They wanted me to sign to them straight away but I wouldn't. I arranged for one oe their surueyors to value the house on a certain date but they cancelled 3days before due to surveyor being ill then had problems trying to get a new time and date and they never would ring you when they said-so you had to chase them. They then tried to say that my house was valued alot lower than I had thought due to some houses in my area being very low in price, and tried to get me to sell at a low price without anyone actually seeing my house! I cancelled with them as the process had run into weeks rather than days as they promise!!!

Very recently this company gave a quote over the telephone which was a considerable amount lower than the property was worth. When the agent attended the home he was pushy, obnoxious, handshake was so hard it could've hurt an elderly person.

His manner was rude, he offered £5000 below what already had been quoted on the phone, argued this fact, contacted the office who were all in denial of the original offer - the office staff again said, Just sign the papers and we'll sort it out at a later date'!!! when the purchase was declined he packed his papers and said,'Oh well, my job is done here'.

But still left having arranged 2 viewings with local estate agents in order to get a corrupt sale - unfortunately these 2 estates agents will no longer have any dealings with us now - a somewhat reputable agent too - not any longer!!

Agent left the house leaving the occupant feeling dirty and violated.

This company (company, said in the loosest terms) need reporting to WATCHDOG.

Bullying, oppressive and damn right rude!!!

I recently contacted this company as I needed a quick sale due to relocation Initially they quoted me an acceptable amount, though well below market value approx 1/3 less They then sent round a surveyor and despite only a minor problem dropped the offer considerable to almost half market value Then they wanted all kinds of surveys carried out at my expense, from drainage to trees, to structural engineer etc All these extra surveys were deemed necessary just prior to exchanging contracts each time. HOWEVER I was expected to pay for them and each time I provided what was requested, they wanted something else in addition. They were aware that I had a deadline for moving and the whole matter had been going on for over 2 months at this point. I was assured that on receipt of one final report we would go ahead and exchange, I sent in my signed contract to the solicitors and booked removal van, flights etc. I was meant to sign and complete 3 days ago and am no nearer now than I was all those weeks ago. Yet again they have found reason not to proceed today and I am left with a packed up home, no utilities as switched off and considerably out of pocket. The Managing director was elusive always appearing to be out of the country or in meetings and when I was eventually able to speak to him, he was abusive and argumentative. They have refused to refund my costs and I would warn anyone even considering using this company to think again, they have turned my life upside down and left myself and 2 children stranded in an empty house with no utilities and I have lost my opportunity to take the job abroad., so am now unemployed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I would recommend any body not to go down this road.a

Disappointing service. I called in for a quote to purchase my property as got passed on from person to person. No one knew what they were really talking about and eventually got a ridiculous quote on my property.
