The below is a factual account of my experience with M25 Movers, who caused significant damages, posted to help others decide if they want to use this company or not:

- Pre-move communication and reassurances were great.

- Their packers/movers turned up when they said they would and were friendly.

- Their movers caused over £1,000 worth of property damage, including knocking off part of a neighbour's brick wall by crashing their van into it when leaving.

- M25 admitted the damage to our items and the wall was caused due to younger members of their team rushing (i.e. not taking reasonable care, aka gross negligence rather than an accident).

- We were encouraged to submit compensation claims and were told the company would arrange for the necessary repairs.

- We were offered £365.25 compensation, on the basis of estimates M25's team claimed to have received from tradesmen.

- We rejected this on basis it did not cover even 50% of the damage and asked to see the estimates as we had been quoted far higher.

- The company did not send us any further information and said their original offer was fair and final.

- We therefore prepared a smalls claim court file and issued a chargeback via our bank in the interim.

- M25 threatened to sue us on the basis of an "unjustified chargeback".

We have since learned that the company has been subject to lawsuits and numerous complaints that they cause property damage then fail to offer adequate (or in some cases any) compensation.

Because the company is not a member of the BAR (British Association of Removers), consumers have limited protection against bad behaviour beyond using the courts.

M25 Movers claim that your move is insured and protected, but what they don’t tell you is that doesn’t apply to items three years or older.

They did not wear any face masks the entire time they were doing the job, until the on-site management of the new place told them to.

In the apartment though, they took them off.

During our move they damaged a clock, tv unit, Sonos speaker, another set of speakers, the wall of the building we moved into, a collectible box from our wedding amongst other items.

They also advise that the claim you make must be reasonable and cannot reflect the original price of the item. So you have to have your item refurbished by the cheapest place possible basically.

They constantly advise they’re protected by their terms and conditions; they genuinely believe that if they damaged all of your items and they were older than three years, it would be fine as they’re protected by T&C’s.

They will NOT refund you any money directly, they do what they want, and then just try and process an insurance claim, using a policy which is cheap for them but not fit for purpose for the customer.

The company has a duty of care, and they should know that they can’t just shrug their shoulders.

They will act in this manner until they’re held accountable, and if anything goes wrong you better believe you’re going to fight tooth and nail to get anything back.

If you’ve got items older than three years old, avoid them, if you want an honest company that actually cares about their customers, avoid them.

They will be taken to a small claims court, and all expenses will be reclaimed.

I’ve attempted to settle this, but they’re being difficult and I just want to make sure nobody else goes through this.

I will be leaving this review on every single review site I can find to warn as many people as possible.

I have really been impressed by M25 Movers. I requested a quote via their website and within 5 minutes they called me and I managed to arrange a video call with their surveyor. I was pretty desperate as it was before Christmas period but they did not provided me with an outrageous quote. The price was reasonable and got the packing service for free. On the moving day 5 men came with 2 vans, within 5 hours everything was into the vans and on the way to the new address which was 10 miles away.

By 4 PM we finished the whole move, they assembled every piece they dismantled and helped us to move the things through the house. I am really impressed by their service and I will definitely recommend them. They are a company that you can rely on.

Awful service, do not use. Supposed to have 2 vans, then told 3 the day before. Only 1 turned up in the morning. Second came in the afternoon and the third came in the evening. Move delayed as a result and couldn’t get through to anyone on the phone all day.

No acknowledgment or apology given until I complained and just got excuses and said they didn’t do anything wrong. Offered £50. Disgraceful customer service. There are plenty of removal companies out there, use someone else!

Used these guys 4 times. And would use them again definitely. Great communication, price is firm and never changes, and I totally in love with the team, they always managed to send me the same crew I had in the past so our family created a connection with them. Friendly and helpful. Even I need to take something I didn't mention in a quote-it is not a problem! Thumbs up M25, thank you very much!

I have used M25 Movers toward the recommendations of our family friends and we were pleased with the services. We had an online survey and the surveyor priced us on the spot with a very competitive offer. On the day of the move 4 men with 2 vans came, started at 08:00 AM sharp and by 2 PM we were finished with the move which was something unbelievable. They were very friendly, always asked where to place the items in the new property and barely took breaks, they were focused on finishing the job promptly and stress free. Compared to other companies which took 10 hours to move us and we ended us with damages, this company delivered beyond our expectations and we ended up very happy. Thank you Bumblebee team !

We had a great experience with M25 Movers, the initial estimator told us there were a couple of very heavy things which will be difficult with. But then when the man and his team arrived they said they would move everything! It made our move super easy. The team was very professional, and everything arrived in perfect condition. They were also very accommodating because we had a bit of an issue with getting into our new building, but they were very willing to work with us while we sorted everything out. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend M25 Movers.

I recently hired M25 Movers to transport my goods from London to Amsterdam, to be honest I couldn't be happier with my choice. On Saturday 3 men came and carried to packing and loading of the items. They have travelled overnight and in the following morning they have arrived at my new property. Firstly I thought that they might be tired and they might damage my items, but that didn't happened. The movers were very fast, careful and respectful. The crew were very reliable and I definitely recommend them.

Excellent service from the moment of booking until the boxes used for the move have been returned. I used M25 Movers on our family friends advice and we were very delighted with the service. The person I dealt over the phone was very kind and offered a very good deal. I had to postpone a couple of times because of the exchange but that was not a problem for them. On the moving day I got 5 men and 2 vans and they worked very fast, efficient and professional. We told them a couple of times to take a break and they told me that they take only 5 minutes brakes maximum as they are trained to, which I was amazed. I had a couple of items that were very heavy including a baby piano, they made it look like they were carrying a bottle of water, well protected and coordinated. I honestly recommend this company to anyone that desires professionals and someone that does not let down !! Thanks guys !

After a bunch of research before booking a mover and ended up picking M25 MOVERS. We couldn't be happier with our decision. Our 3-man crew were accommodating, efficient and careful with all our precious items (we have some glass art that my wife is very partial to).

I chose to have them pack for us. We scheduled the pack for the day before the move and the crew showed up right on-time. They got us packed up quick, which made moving day all that much faster.

Moving day they showed up right on-time once again. They carefully wrapped big furniture, loaded everything up, and off we went to the new house. Once we arrived they unloaded quickly, making sure to get all furniture and fragile items without damage, and took the items to the rooms my wife directed them to. They helped us put a couple of the big pieces together and did it all with a smile.
