The service was amazing! I hired them for office removals two days ago. The 3-man moving team arrived on time and loaded all office belongings as quickly as possible. Highly professional and helpful.They made the move so easy and stress free! I would recommend the service.

The furniture assembly we received by the professionals was exactly what we expected. They had all the necessary tools and equipment to complete the job quickly and in one visit. I recommend Strong Move.

5/5 removals service from them! What I enjoyed most was the attention I received from Strong Move. I booked a house moving service online and they immediately called me for details. The email with the invoice was followed shortly after. They called me once more a day before the job to check on me and once more during the job. The customer-oriented behaviour was a really nice touch. Otherwise, the movers were polite and punctual and did a good job.

I prefer to do the relocation myself, with my own van. However, we needed a lot of packing materials such as boxes, bubble wrap and packing paper for our last move. Called Strong Move for help and all the stuff we needed was delivered to our address on the next day. We also received some helpful tips from the experts!

Warning do not use this company.

We booked an end of tenancy clean of property on a specific date and specific time.

3 hours before they were due to arrive they leave a message saying they now have to cancel.

We were at a total loss having booked this 3-4 weeks prior and new people moving the next day. We ended up spending hours and hours doing it ourselves and just finished at midnight.

Barely an apology given and don’t care.

And this was on the back of getting a discount from a previous bad experience.

Again another end of tenancy clean. They turned up for that but then refused to clean the carpets although was every confirmed on the booking. They on site manger then got agrresvice with my wife and tried to intimidate her.

Flowers sent from the office as an apology and yet again they screw up.

Do not use them.

This was booked through strong move hackney.

Called Strong Move only for domestic removals service but after they told me there is no insurance if I pack the items myself, I booked packing service as well. All went out smooth without any errors. If you plan to call them, ensure a parking slot or their van!

We paid for both the packing service from Strong Move and to move c.10 miles from a two bedroom flat. I was concerned about the amount of boxes/furniture we had and so we originally asked for 2 vans/a larger van and also queried the time estimate they gave for moving. They said that the packers would confirm when they came but were very sure a larger vehicle/more time would not be needed.

When the packers came we specifically asked them to confirm and they said the medium sized van on its own would be sufficient and that the time booked for the job (c. 5 hours) would be more than sufficient. Other than that the packing service was relatively good. We still expressed reservations to the HQ but they assured us that if everything didn't fit in the van they would send a transit van immediately to pick up the remainder.

When the movers came the following day they immediately said that they did not think everything would fit in the van; and that it would take them 4 hours (not the initially estimated 2) to get everything out of the flat. We were therefore late delivering our keys to the estate agent. We immediately rang the company and asked for a second van or bigger van to be made available - despite what they had told us the previous day they then said nothing further was available. They either were lying to us then or had lied to us the day before.

In the end the van was 50% smaller than we needed it to be. The movers had to do two trips back to the old flat to collect the remaining items. Luckily the estate manager was able to find a storage area we could leave the items in between the two trips - the removers solution had been that we would just have to leave them in a pile outside the property until they were able to come back - obviously susceptible to damage  - unacceptable.

In the end the job took 11 hours including the multiple trips.

The movers themselves identified one damaged item (a vintage table, the glass of which has been smashed irreparably) and we later identified a broken frame. Despite noting these to the removal company immediately, the full charge for the service (which was c. 3 times the estimate) was taken from my husband's account immediately after the movers left our property that evening. We have been chasing for over a month (via email and telephone) for compensation for the damaged items and have still not managed to get a response.

This is by far the worst service I have ever received.

It started as a simple request for packing service and turned out we actually needed a full house removal - including packing, unpacking and furniture assembly service. This removal company combined all these services into a decently priced package and they did a great job. We also received a discount for ordering more than one services. Aaaaand their team was very friendly and professional. Thank you so much, Strong Move! We will recommend your removal service to anyone as well as call you again in the future if needed.

We are absolutely shocked and disappointed with this company. We booked the complete packing up and moving service for our house move. Despite calling to confirm the day before, they did a no show. We rang 5 times from when they were meant to arrive, and each time were told that someone would call us back. No one did. Eventually when we managed to speak to someone who had reached the team who were due to arrive at our property, we were told that BOTH vans had 'broken down'. This is in no way believable. We were left with no one to pack and move our belongings and in a hugely stressful position given that we had to vacate and clean for new owners to move in. I would not recommend this company one bit. Luckily Aussie Removals and Rapid Removals came to our rescue last minute. Again, what an awful and unprofessional company.

Amazing moving company. I really their approach and the way they treated me and my property. All the goods were packed and hauled safely on their van within two hours and it took them three more to get to the new place and unload everything so bear in mind for how long you would need them. They were effective and hassle-free.
