Ignore At Your Peril
I unfortunately happened across this company whilst searching for lease deals.
I tend to take review sites with a pinch of salt as the reviews often contradict each other.
This time it was at my peril.
They quoted me a price that I was happy with so I proceeded to do the finance application( credit check). It was once I had completed this stage, they realised that the price they had quoted was incorrect. Apparently the lease data base information on their quoting system had been input incorrectly, meaning the price I had been quoted was incorrect. The price given was for a business lease and not a personal lease, the difference being a considerable increase.
The company was very unprofessional and really didn't seem to know what they were doing so I chose to go elsewhere. I was annoyed due to the time wasted but didn't get around to reviewing them.
I just happened to check their website tonight over a week later and they are still incorrectly quoting the lease price for the vehicle. I now wonder if it was actually an IT mistake or a very unscrupulous way to get you to visit their website. I requested that all my private details be removed from their system which they advised me they had done but I still get emailed offers. So much for data protection. I now feel lucky to have avoided them.

I waited an extra 4 month to get my car
Forced to upgraded 2 month after as car I wanted only came with Nav package.
I was Promised £180 admin fee returned as they could not give me any kind of deal monthly payment. They wont reply to my emails now.

Huge Delay On Lease Vehicle After Waiting A Month
I hate to write reviews especially bad reviews however I have today been left with a really bitter taste in my mouth having been told that the lease vehicle which was estimated to be due any day will now be delayed by another month
In addition to this due to now being delivered in April we may be expected to pay additional fee's due to the new tax laws!!!
To say I am unhappy is an understatement as before the car order fee was debited from the account we received a 1st class service with regular calls. Since the fee was taken and all paperwork signed I have had to chase for an update on 2 occasions, the 2nd being yesterday with which came the reply above
I will not be paying a penny more and am seriously considering advise from the financial ombudsman
Can I be charged an additional fee if I've already signed the finance paperwork due to a car dealer delaying an order????
Waiting to hear back from FVL regarding the matter and only if I get a resolution will I amend this review. Until then I remain extremely dissatisfied

Same experience. They say anything to get you to sign up and knowing full well that they have some other information completely.

Having dealt with him for several weeks, I was incredibly impressed with the level of service and honesty he gave me. I felt very comfortable dealing with him and sharing my requirements in full knowing that if there was anything that could be done to assist, he would do it. The company themselves have fantastic offers and I have since recommended them to many friends and colleagues. They are considerably cheaper than other like companies and their special offers make leasing a car a no-brainer. Highly recommended and would use again.

I have had my car for 2 years. The 2 years is up in June. Was I supposed to get it serviced? I never had anything to tell me this information.
