Freedom vehicle leasing are a fantastic company to deal with from the first phonecall. The staff are prompt to respond to queries by email then once you place an order by telephone also. All paperwork is electronic so easy to fill in and send back.

This is the second vehicle I have had from them and recognised some of the employees names from the previous time(always good when a company has the same staff with experience and knowledge of their business). I have never been misled with vehicle delivery timescales from Freedom and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Helpful throughout and got everything sorted with the minimum of fuss. Third time I have deal with Freedome and wouldn't consider going anywhere elses.

Good service that tends to be email and telephone based. Always helpful and responsive. I'd recommend them and use them again. Their website isn't as slick as others, but generally they're generally better value than their competitors

Having leased three cars, two with Freedom, I would say that the time from getting a quote to receiving the car is always longer than you expect, even with a stock vehicle. This isn't a Freedom issue, but there are always delays and glitches along the way with specs, paperwork, signatures and dealers.
