Werry satisfied with service from car reservation till pick up the car I am really appreciate the assistance from phone call till I have picked the car up. The finance assistant also superb person to set the finance with, I get lots of advice from finance advisor. Car looks stunning even, the car is not a super car.

Don't give 0 stars because is not possible, be aware they are the worst in the UK selling cars, they will sell you a damaged car and them try to put the blame on you, i and my partner bought a car from car world supermarket and we had to put the car in a garage the next day because we lived very far from Peterborough we couldn't take the car back to them, we called we had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with some guy, a very nasty and rude person that instead of helping try to put the blame on us and in his brain it was normal that the car had broken down, after all was a 2 hand car, when i try to explain that was not normal because the car had been bought a day before he start being nasty and calling you names, and that the car was only £3500 and not £10000 because that will be different, i spoke with this person 7 or 8 times, all the times he told me that he knew what he was talking about, after all he was a certified mechanic, i guess he told me this so many times because i thing he needed reassurance. You have been worn so if you decide to buy a car there you know the risk, i regret so much not reading the reviews before

The day started out to be gloomy and windy on a Saturday morning, it took almost 2 hours to get there by public transport so by the time I arrived I wasn't in the best moods. I was met by a cheerful salesman. Not the pushy stereo type most people imagine car salesman to be, but friendly and helpful.

As I had already been on their website the day before and selected the vehicle I was interested in (I would recommend that you do this before as it will save you time and shorten the whole process) It was only a matter of minutes before he had my details on screen and off to inspect the car. I was left alone to take a good look at the car and prod and poke as I pleased, with no watchful eye putting me off from looking properly.

After a short but satisfactory test drive it was down to the paperwork.

Again, a friendly and helpful sales man. I spent some time in the finance department finalising the transaction. All was sorted fairly quick considering it is was a Saturday and getting busy.

By 3.00 pm I was driving my new car home.

Overall I would say it was a simple stress free process.

I certainly left in a far better mood than when I arrived.

I had been searching for a bmw and found a suitable model on auto trader at carworld. As it was just in, they had not posted photographs on the website,

All the stock is immaculately presented in a spotlessly clean and pleasant environment. Your free too look around the vechiles without being pestered, but staff are on hand once you require assistance or further information.

The car I was hoping too see had been prepared for sale and was waiting to be photographed that afternoon. I was given the keys and left too look around the car at my leisure and then introduced to a salesman to arrange a test drive.

The salesman was friendly, polite, professional and kind. I am pleased to say not pushy at all.

The warranty options were explained in full and I was able to make an informed decision as to the level of cover I would take .

When I returned to collect the car the experience was more like you would expect buying a brand new vechile from a branded dealership. All the paperwork completed and explained and then taken to the collection where the car was set aside from the other stock and I was then shown around the vechile inside and out.

Throughout my experience in carworld all the staff I have dealt with have been very friendly.

I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends

I had been looking for a new car for some time and after finding carworld on Autotrader, I will 100% definitely be going back in future. The car is fantastic, even better than I could have hoped for and the service I got was brilliant, could not have met a more honest and fair car dealership always willing to go the extra mile, I went to view the car on Monday and bought it the same day I was that impressed by it.

Excellent customer service from the finance guys. They arranged the finance for my new car and kept me informed every step of the way. They are passionate about what they sell and care about ensuring you get the best deal for your budget. Just to add this is my 2nd car from carworld and it won't be my last!

I purchased a Ford Focus from carworld, called them they seemed very helpful but then I read the reviews and was a little put off but I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt .The car was as described and was far cheaper than most cars on autotrader, the salesmen i spoke to was happy to take his time and go through the service history and show me the car inside out . I just wanted to leave my feedback so people know sometimes you need to give it a go instead of being put off by some people who may just not got what they wanted. thanks carworld for making this such a easy choice for me
