Avoid. They Are Only Passing On What They've Bought Blind!

Not local to me, so turned up after an hour and a bit drive to test drive what looked like an very clean pick up truck. Advertised for £18600, so not cheap.

The greater was nice enough but that was about all I can say that was positive about the experience.

Having to buy a luke warm tasteless coffee from a vending machine just about sums up this lot up.

Salesperson was as bland as could be who's hand shake was weaker than the coffee. No how are you, where have you come from. Poor bloke is obviously bored and hopefully gets little if no commission.

After photocopying of drivers license was done we took the truck out and straight away I could tell that it was a dud. Heavy wobble when braking.

Got back to the showroom and flipped the bonnet to find that there was an oil leak on the oil filter and that the oil in the engine was about the same consistency of the coffee.

Beyond that the lid on the back would not open, which I suspected from the wonderful photos. Asked the guy on the phone before travelling if the lid worked, he assured it did despite it being avoided in the photos, and if it had a full service history. It didn't!

As for the 1288 RAC check or whatever it is... What a laugh! Mr Personality said that they only did the work on the vehicles if you bought it. Errrrrrr what?

Anyone who doesn't know much about mechanics could easily buy a whole heap of trouble from these chancers. I wish I'd read the reviews before wasting 4 hours of my life.

Please avoid this lot. They are not reputable car dealers. No where near!

Avoid!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! AVOID!!

They sold me a faulty car. After a month of complaint letters I am now taking them to court.

Appalling customer service, especially from their manager. Sales team have lied to me throughout.

They should be shut down.

The Motor Ombudsman have been informed.

Great Team And Great Cars

I visited the branch in Crawley and was extremely happy with the level of service I got. There were loads of cars to chose from and nobody hassled me while I was there. The guys that were there let me walk around and look at the cars, but as soon as I had a question were happy to help. I test drove a couple of cars as I wasnt sure what I wanted, but it didn't bother the salesman at all. I got the car I wanted in the end. Great experience from start to finish and will definitely be recommending and will be back.

Not Impressed

I would seriously think twice about going to Portsmouth unbeatable cars, we were told we had to pay a £99 we thought we had over looked sorry we paid the £99 we later found out this was an optional fee, which was of no use to us .

we did complain ,then when we went to collect the car the car key was not a central locking key, when we complained we where told we had brought a basic car and that is all came with.

We said came with air conditioning ,came with stop start heated front windscreen. was not a basic car,he was clearly lying.

We then had to go elsewhere to get a central locking key to the value of £175.

I believe this type of practice went out year's ago we previously Brought cars with Jeffrey farm and was a pleasure and also at Billingshurst unbeatable cars with out problems.

Not worth risking these new òwners, go to a proper garage instead of this fair ground of ripping off not so knowledgeable people, if you do decide to purchase a car make sure you confirm everything before hand.

Be Careful With These Guys.

Be very careful, you have to be specific. They will display cars, with Pirellis, and then swap them out for really cheap tyres, behind your back.

They will also swap the number plate without asking you - i needed an EU number plate the next week. They swapped for cheap branded plates.

Also check all the spare tyre kits and jacks - they will remove if they can.

Again, be very careful with this company.

Unbeatable Car Crawley After Sales And Service In General

Purchased a Vauxhall corsa from Crawley unbeatable car, from start to finish with the service has been fab,the car was still in the middle of being prepared for sale ie being polished in workshop etc,the sales guy arranged for me to look at car midway through by arranging with workshop for me to check it out,car felt right so made a deposit, when I looked at car when finished it looked amazing, sparkling black like new, eventually got the car home and after a couple of weeks noticed slight damage to tyre wall and small chip in alloy,as you can imagine my heart sank a little and I thought here we go, that'll be my problem,I didn't want to make too much of a fuss, following week got a call from the after sales team to see how things were with car, said car is fab but mentioned wheel,I couldn't have been more wrong with my first thoughts, they arranged for a new tyre and the alloy to be refurbished, they ended up doing all four alloys and gave me a courtesy car for the day,the car now looks like it's straight of the production line now the workshop guys worked their magic,if every car sales place had their attitude the motoring world would be a better place,my own car is on its last legs but I know my first port of call for a new one will be with unbeatable car ,thank you everyone that was involved with the purchase

Treated Like An Idiot

A very poor experience that wasted a good chunk out of my day as I had travelled 45 minutes to their site, expecting to purchase a particular vehicle subject to a satisfactory test drive. Salesman had to be found by another member of the sales team when I arrived at the scheduled time as he wasn't on the floor. He showed no enthusiasm for the vehicle I was interested in, he had almost nothing to say about it, perhaps he isn't knowledgeable enough about the stock. He then made a silly p/ex offer, which was frankly insulting my intelligence and insulting to the obvious good care I take of my vehicles. I had researched the range of suggested p/ex values offered by reputable sources. I can only think he thought it was a done deal and wanted to see what he could get away with. There was no point in continuing the conversation and I will simply purchase elsewhere. I have a near perfect credit rating and I know from previous experience that there are more modern dealerships out there who price and offer p/ex honestly. He lost an easy sale. I should mention that other sales staff on site were very pleasant on my previous visit.
