Do Not Use This Company. I Have Not Received My It
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS SO HAD TO BUY ELSEWHERE. NO ONE IS ANSWERING THEIR PHONE TO REQUEST A REFUND. I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL BUT AGAIN NOT HEARD ANYTHING. ****AVOID AT ALL COSTS****

They recommended a part based on my vehicle reg. item didn’t fit when it arrived. I’ve emailed them multiple times. Never got a response. Never get them on the phone. Dodgy company. Think I’ll go to the radio stations.

Absolutely Shocking Service, Part Never Arrived
Absolutely shocking service from Carparts 4 less. Ordered a shock absorber and never received any proof of order. Shock absorber stated as in stock online, purchased it and was then told it was not in stock and would take an additional 10 days. Waited and waited and still no response, chased again and was told it would be another 10 days as they still couldn't get hold of one. This lasted for four weeks, I then spoke to an advisor who said the part had come in stock and it would be shipped within the week. Surprise surprise it did not arrive, chased again and they said I had been misinformed (so I'd get off the phone) and that it would be an additional 10 days. During this time my suspension collapsed and started burning the tyre as well, cost me a fortune to repair the whole front suspension and had to get a new tyre fitted. Eventually I gave up with Carparts4less and went direct to Ford, they supplied me with the shock absorber the following day and only charged me an extra £10 for a genuine part. The overall customer service was horrendous; they were rude, unhelpful and lied to me on several occasions. I now have to start the legal process to sue them for the repairs on my car. Also tried their sister company Euro Car Parts, asked for a wiper and a wheel detailer. They gave me the wrong wiper and a puncture repair kit. Will either be going to Halfords in future for small bits and back to Ford for everything else.

After Sales Service Is Very Poor
Good prices & quick delivery but...……
When they supply the wrong part your chances of getting your money back is next to none.
It has happened to me twice. Gets lots of reaction when complain, they promise the earth but give back nothing.
Must shop with great care. Probably better to use a local supplier with face to face contact.
Zero Customer Service
Incorrect parts were supplied by this company, and it has proved impossible to contact anyone easily. After a 45 minute wait on the telephone I was told last week that someone would contact me regarding collecting the incorrect parts and redelivery of the correct item, but I have heard nothing and now cannot contact them.
I will be referring to trading standards and posting on social media. Their website says they are experiencing an unusual level of contacts and cannot reply promptly - maybe they should be asking WHY they are experiencing so many calls etc.
I certainly won't use them again, assuming they are still trading.

DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed by phone an order for a radiator which was in stock, part nos:203660600 on Thurs 15th March and it still hasn't arrived after 11 working days. The money £63.94 was taken from my bank on Fri 16th. I have sent 4 emails and no replies, I have spent hours and hours trying to phone them with no luck and have spent 7hrs 40mins unsuccessfully on Live Chat having to reconnect 7 times. To make it worse I luckily after 25mins yesterday (28th) got through to a Customer Service person who said the part had not yet been dispatched after 14 days (10 working days) and promised she would put this right by having the part delivered today by my local Euro Car Parts. This never happened so I visited Euro Car Parts and they said that they had not spoken to anyone from CarParts4Less and so I ended up buying another radiator from them as it is now the bank holiday weekend and so the possible earliest I would see the radiator would be next Tuesday 20 days after I order it. The Customer Service lady promised to email the order/delivery note to me as I have never received one, promised to refund my delivery fees and promised to phone me at 10.00am today to let me know that the part was going to be delivered. Her 4 promises never happened. I am totally disgusted with this company. I have emailed them to cancel my order but don't hold much hope in a response. PLEASE REFUND ME MY £63.94

17 March - Ordered a car battery on-line
23 March - Wrong battery delivered, twice the size and a totally different make
26 March am - Telephoned 'customer services'. After music on hold for 20 minutes got through and exchange was agreed. The person I dealt with said I'll get the DHL confirmation and address labels this afternoon. None arrived.
28 March - Still no DHL confirmation, so used 'web chat'.
Waited for 30 minutes to reach end of queue to be connected to someone. Waited 7 more minutes to be answered. A few more minutes later he confirmed nothing had happened and suggested I take my battery to a local depot to swap it, which I did. I also sent 3 seperate emails to customer services, none of which ever got a reply.
The whole saga has been such a waste of my time and was very stressful.
I definietely would not use this company again, I just couldn't bare it. I would rather go to Halfords and pay the difference.

Ordered 2 windscreen wipers received only one. Tried to phone .spent half hour on phone trying to contact .have up. Would not recommend you worst enemy.

Wrong Product Sent 3 Times. Ignoring Emails And No Refund.
I ordered Maguiars Quik detailer INTERIOR. I received an exterior detailer which didn’t even look the same as what I ordered. I emailed them and they sent a replacement. Good service, I thought. However the same wrong product arrived. I emailed again. A second replacement was sent. WRONG AGAIN. I received a total of 3 deliveries all with the same wrong product.
I have since sent 2 emails asking if it can be rectified and have been ignored!! I been sent a screenshot of what I ordered from their website and what I had been sent to show them the difference.
I chose them because the product was cheaper. My advice is to pay more and go to a company that actually has a clue about their products and what they are doing and has better customer service.
NOT RECOMMENDED.

The Worst Company I've Ever Dealt With
THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've spent two full afternoons on hold trying to get through to someone to return an item due to their error. These people promised to send a courier to collect between 9am and 5pm. Waited in all day, but didn't turn up! I've tried ringing again numerous times, spent hours on hold......no answer. I've sent numerous emails.......no response! Will have to take them to small claims court to recover my money. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
