Reevu MSX1

I wore the helmet on a 1500 mile stay in france.I ride a suzuki 650svs.

this bike has clip-ons, on max. adjustment all I could see were tree-tops.

They do not tell you that for a bike with clip-ons the helmet is totally

useless. Incidently, the trim round the bottom of the helmet came unstuck,

and again because of the riding position the velvety fabric on the underside became chafed in contact with my shoulders and finally the

visor does not fit properly and produces a irritating wind whistle which

ruins the ride, otherwise it's great as I do not use it. At the moment I am in contact with Revuu.

It takes a while to get used to, but once you get it.. I will be a REEVU user for life. This is my second MSX1 the first one was definitely not as good as this one. The new one is lighter and the optical clarity is better, mind you the more you wear it the better it gets any way as you develop your peripheral vision over time over the top of your head.. I remember the sales guy telling me this, and I thought what a load of B.S. I still bought the helmet as I had a car rear end me at a set of lights a week before and thought I must have this lid. Any way he was right,, you do become better over time at using your peripheral vision.. Amazing.

Hi I have purchased a reevu helmet

I have found this helmet mirror system a great safety aid, at first is was a bit strange looking up into the mirror but after a few rides you get used to it, it dosen't give a 100% clear image like a car mirror mainly due to the size but does give a good excellent view of the road behind fills the gap between your bike mirrors excellent in traffic you will still need to do life savers.

The build quality is excellent, looks great in matt black with a silver visor, the helmet feels light in comparison to my other helmet, i like fast release chin strap very easy to use even with gloves, i have never seen a strap like this one. Visability at the sides of the helmet is excellent, seems to have a increased view at the sides, road and wind noise is excellent compared to all my previous helmets, The vents system keeps my head cold when i closed them the helmet its very warm, I find the helmet very comfortable.

I cannot wait to go karting i think it will be great to see where people are behind (block them off without looking)

I purchased my lid a week ago and im so pleased with it.

Its so comfortable, quiet, windproof.

The rear view mirror is such a good idea. You can adjust it up and down and then tilt it so u can perfectly see behind.

Its very stange being able to see behind but once u get used to it u wont want to ride with out it.

You can clearly see behind u with just a quick glance and it gets rid of your blind spot when looking in your bike mirrors.

They have a few designs but i went for the more exspensive one as i matches my bike.

They come with a LIFE TIME WARRANTY which i dont think any other company does that.

Only thing is i had to buy a tinted visor as they dont have a built in drop down sunvisor. but u can get different colour visors (i went with silver)

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE.

Im really happy with my purchase. i normally spend £60 on a helmet but thought id give this a go since no other company produces a rear view helmet.
