When I Inherited My Original Honda Cr-v 2.0 V-tec
When I inherited my original Honda CR-V 2.0 V-Tec SE Sport Auto from my wife I was expecting to hate it but I was quickly won over.
Like driving the black box of a plane - I was involved in a nasty accident with my kids in the car. The car took more damage being pulled out of a ditch than when we hit the central reservation and turned on its side and into a ditch/fence. It wasa write off unfortunately but I've just bought a new one given I was so impressed with it in our hour of need.

My Third Crv In As Many Years...s.africa / Austral
My third CRV in as many years...S.Africa / Australia / UK.
Fantastic reliability. All vehicles auto - 2.2 litre in Aus was great as I find the 2.0 just slightly underpowered.

I Have Owned My Crv Se Sport Auto Since November 2
I have owned my CRV SE Sport auto since November 2002, I have covered 144k miles, mostly motorway miles. This car has never let me down once. My family and I have traveled from the north of Scotland to the south of England, full with luggage, the car has been a dream. 20k was a lot to pay but I have never regretted one penny. It has had every service on time, the only parts replaced have been through wear and tear. The car is used for business, pleasure and trips to the local dump.In snow it is great and fills the driver with confidence. When it is cleaned it looks like new, and still drives like new. I will keep this car for as long as I can, well done Honda, the car is fabulous.

Helped me to decide on a 2002 model with only 42k on the clock.

The Honda Cr-v Is Probably The Best Soft Roader, G
The Honda CR-V is probably the best soft roader, great value for money, especially when purchased from Bob Gerard's like me. I cannot really fault it and it is always a pleasure to drive it, good build quality, reliable, good resale value.

Honda Cr-v - My Wife And Children Were Involved In
Honda CR-V - My wife and children were involved in a car accident whilst driving my CR-v. They were hit up the backside whist stationary by a driver who did not stop in time and was still travelling at 60mph when the impact happened. Whilst the car was a write off the injuries were only minor. I am buying another one as soon as the insurance pays out.

I Have Owned The Honda Cr-v 2.0 V-tec Se Sport Aut
I have owned the Honda CR-V 2.0 V-Tec SE Sport Auto 4x4 for 9 months having previously owned a 1999 CR-V. It's a superb car with plenty of room inside and with flexible and comfortable seating positions. The engine is smooth and strong and makes easy work of caravan towing. The build quality, reliability and attention to detail are second to none, and the service given by my local Honda dealer is excellent. Although much better than my older style CR-V, road noise remains intrusive, perhaps different tyres would cure it. The CR-V range in general could do with cruise control as standard and of course the new Honda 2.2 diesel engine with auto transmission option.

Having Just Purchased A New Model (2002)honda Cr-v
Having just purchased a new model (2002)Honda CR-v se Sport auto I am well impressed. My girlfriend and I need the space for dogs and so on and we looked at every car in this class from the over-priced Freelander to the downright ugly Santa-fe. The engine is smooth and the power delivery from the new i-vtec engine is superb and surprisingly spritely.
We have the top of the range with sat-nav and leather but the normal or base model drives just as well. Having covered about 7K miles, (11k km) we are well pleased.
Another bullet-proof buy from Honda and as an Accord owner, I am well pleased.
Mine is 2001 CRV sport. I could not find the door open warning indicator. Do you have one?
