Best 4x4 I've Owned!
I've a 55 Plate L200 Animal, had it from new traded in my old Discovery. I'm active in the out doors plenty off roading, pulling Caravans' and my boat. It's robust and the 2.5 turbo diesel engine is responsible on fule and I've had it regularly serviced. Only fault I've had to replace the steering box but that's been its only fault since buying it and that was at 107,00 miles I've just done 180,00 and we are still going strong. Good chance ill die before my truck dose!

53 Reg Owned From New 70'000 M And 54 Reg With 130'000 Miles
I bought my first L200 from new from a main dealer with a very bad reputation, now bankrupt but despite this so far I have had no issues with it apart from a rumbly noise from the gearbox, common fault? I laid it up for about 18 months due to having another vehicle with more seats. I started it after fitting a new battery and it started straight away as if I'd literally just parked it, took it for a MOT and other than some bulbs and cv boots it passed and runs fine. Can't fault it. I have used it in the past for driving hundreds of miles with a car trailer to collect cars. Tows better than any Land Rover Discovery or Freelander. I've used it off road, 4 wheel drive, high low ratios and diff lock gets out of everything I've been through, brilliant. More comfortable than any Defender, drives like a car, handles brilliantly and doesn't wander all over the place like any land Rover I've driven and I've driven a few. As for the 54 reg, I use it every day as it's a double cab and I can fit 5 adults in and get all the bikes in the back. It has 130'000 miles on the clock, enough said.

2010 Warrior 176 Bhp Auto
When pulling a trailer uphill the truck goes into a low gear, this is ok until you get to the top of the hill. The truck then wants to stay in that low gear,it wont shift up just revs its nuts off. It seems you have to almost stop for the truck to pisk up as normal. This drives me mad, i wish i had bought a manual instead.Does anybodt know how to sort this problem.
I Bought My Warrior 2009 With 49,000 Miles On The
I bought my warrior 2009 with 49,000 miles on the clock? In 2011 after 57,000 58,000 miles hey presto the head gasket went plus bearings and seals on turbo.£1,200 later all was well,8 months later and about 4000 miles hey presto all the oil in the sump decided to make it way and mix with the water,so it looks like it could be another hefty bill.So anybody out there thinking of buying a truck steer clear MITSIBUSHI,I will never buy another ever.

2009 And 2010 Models
Bought a pre registered 2010 4 life in 2010. Ran like a 3 legged dog from Day1, after continuing fob offs from the dealer and 3000 miles, I decided to trade the vehicle for a higher spec "Raging Bull" from a non franchised dealer,("talk about a fool and his money are soon parted"), this delight at least ran OK, but the paint then came off the factory fitted hardtop-after months of squit and excuses from the local dealer, Mitsubishi then condescended to a cheap hardtop respray. Guess what, within 3 months the paint started coming off again. Sold vehicle and obviously, could n't recommend these vehicles to even my worst enemy. How I miss my old trucks, a 1981 Hilux and 1995 Patrol GR which were as tough as old boots and never caused any hassle or trouble.

I Bought Bought This Car In 2004 Brand New And To
I bought bought this car in 2004 brand new and to start with everything was fine then 32,000 miles and 4 years later the head gasket went so got that fixed and carried on. A year later the crank casing shatered so i got that fixed as well ( geting a bit pee'd off by now ) then finaly last week the timing belt went (after 81,000 miles) so I SCRAPPED IT. Wish i had not bought it only reason I did was because my 23 year old Land rover county was begining to damage my back but i will be going back to land rover this time as that never gave me any trouble. my abvice DO NOT BUY. more trouble than they are wirth!
I know the feeling ... bought ours in 2007 new. First engine blew up in 2010 45k just after warranty had lapsed! Reconditioned engine put in ... that tanked last week. Ongoing problems with glow plugs and loosing power throughout. Mitsubishi very hard to deal with even bought a canopy with the truck only to have to wait 3 months for it to arrive when we were told it would be fitted ready when we picked the truck up. Anyone need some spare parts?

Only Owned This L200 2.5 Diesel For 3 Months. Purc
Only owned this L200 2.5 diesel for 3 months. Purchased from a local 4x4 dealer which is a part of a larger dealership in Norwich. With only 47000 on the clock I was hopeing this will last me for many years. Since owning it it has been back to have the Air Con serviced and has just had a new Head Gasket fitted. The gear change often feels very notchy and I am hopeing that I will have to fork out for a new clutch in the very near future. Battery failed today which is a non standard Mitsubushi fitted one which indicates that it may be its 2nd or 3rd from new already, will fit a Yuasa tomorrow at £90. In general gives a good ride with a quite a good fuel consumption. Will not be towing very often and then a maximum of 1000kgs folding camper. Hope it will last for many years to come.
