Vauxhall Omega 2.2 GLS

I bought this car for the space it provided and was impressed at how good it was overall. Extremely comfortable and I only had a problem with the air conditioning which needed a clean and new filter (£20.00) in total. It handled beautifully and was a pleasure to drive. Unfortunately, the timing belt went before recommended time and I was advised by the RAC that this was common among Vauxhall cars. A matter of luck I suppose but I am looking for another Omega, they are that good. If had known about the timing belts I would have replaced it early (£200.00).

Up until recently, this has been an excellent car in every way - especially on long journeys, when the quietness, comfort and effortless cruising really do keep tiredness to a minimum. The issues that have arisen are all computer-related.... and even the Vauxhall dealer has been at loss with them! Not good enough.

I really enjoyed driving the Vauxhall Omega 2.2 GLS. It handled like a

sports car on corners.
