Grin Factor Out Of This World
I have a 1991 Suzuki Gti 1300, fitted Cultus 11.5:1 pistons, Cultus intake manifold and tuned headers imported from Australia. Currently around 140 hp but still have great economy. Full power from 800revs to 8000 revs with no hesitation and push you back in the seat acceleration. In the wet under aceleration can loose traction up to 70kph in second gear (running 185/60 x 14 tyres). In the dry the grin factor is huge as you blow off bigger cars at the lights with ease, bring on the Honda V-tecs, Mazda 6, Toyota Mr2 even a few Subaru's don't stand a chance. They ask what turbo I'm running and I say it hasn't got one. Power to weight ratio and the Suzuki engineering make a super mini beast that you need to drive to appreciate.
If you get the chance try one out you will be impressed !!

I've Had Mine For 4 Years Now And Its Awesome
I bought it 4 years ago as my first car, it was in good shape I paid a bit more than what they usually cost...and man you had to see the faces of the 106 and 205 gti owners, it just destroys them, you can take the little 1300cc engine up to 8000rpm, it loves to rev.

Mk1 Owner . . .
Got my hands on a VGC MK1 GTi - 1987 model.
Found out they are quite rare which is a bonus and
have not seen another on the road since buying, unlike
my common as muk WRX.
Mine has straight through exhaust and sports suspension and
Enkei Mags.
The car is a great cheap ride, practicle, reliable and great on fuel.
Engine and handling are fun but its let down by average brakes,
heavy steering and is upset by bumps while conering.
If u are considering buying one make sure u get a good one as many
will be abused and/or not looked after. Engines handle mods well,
gearboxes don't.

Such Great Little Cars So Quick For A 1.3. Cheap T
Such great little cars so quick for a 1.3. Cheap to run never let me down 148k and still going strong. Still looks fantastic today.
Parts can be expensive modding or just repairing keep them well undersealed. Thin metal used in building them keeps weight down but I found they can rot badly.
Suzuki Swift 16v GTi is a great car all round had mine 9 years now and would never sell it.

The Suzuki Swift Is Just A Owsome Little Car To Dr
The Suzuki Swift is just a owsome little car to drive a true pocket rocket for the size of engine. OWSOME everyone should have ago before its to late in life. Only bad points are A LITTLE BIT TO SMALL OF A CAR WITH TWO KIDS BUT HEY I LIVE WITH IT OK
