Hdi 90 Vtr+ Code Pack Ltd Edition
After years of driving Volkswagon Golfs and Passats 130bhp cars I decided to go with the C3 Picasso. The 1.6 HDI 90 CODE LTD edition in Polar white and cherry red with a five speed box is the car I purchased and is easier to drive than the 110bhp six speed and actually has better fuel economy. I am 6ft 2" and have plenty of room alround. The rear seats could easily seat adults of the same size as me with more than enough leg and head room. and the independent rear sliding and reclining feature is good. I like all the gadgets fitted as basic such as blue tooth for hands free mobile ect plus usb box. Big digital display in the centre took me a day to get used to but its actually really good. Speed limiter and cruise control are standard along with steering wheel mounted stereo/phone controls. The boot actually has two levels of floor hight which can be altered quickly and carries a good deal of shopping bags.Loads of storage cubyholes and drawers around the cabin. I have only covered 2k miles and on the motorway at 70 mph I am getting 54.4mpg Avg with not much road or wind noise. The windscreen is a fantastic feature on this car as it does exactly what they advertise it to do (great all round view with no blind spots) because the a pillars are so thin. My only regret is not purchasing the panoramic roof which is an optional extra. with such low running costs and first yer road fund free and only £30 peer yr after is a bonus.
