Vauxhall 1.6 Zafira Breeze 1598

always wanted 1 now i,ve had it for 3 years i'm not that impressed, yes it hasn't let me down but the gear stick has always been notchy and now it feels like the clutch is about to go, and then it's ok again, been quoted £412 to replace. good for space but does'nt have a quality feel about the car also handle's like a bar of soap round the bath. will try the ford s-max next.

Bought new in march 2005 model(Vauxhall Zafira Breeze 1600cc), very under powered, 70mph in 5th gear seem's like your're thrashing the pants of it, needs 6 gears or ratios changing, had problems from new with excessive clutch judder, mostly when cold, clutch replaced under warranty, fault cured for a while then returned with a vengence, actually now worse than before, judder's when hot and cold, mileage only 14,000 miles from new, middle bench seating needs to be re-designed, so it folds flat, idiototic design feature. thinking of changing to a new model, but concerned that clutch problems may still exist on new models!, on reading other internet reports on Vauxhalls, clutch judder problems seem to be evident on a lot of Vauxhall models including Astra etc.

Brand new model very good, aircon brilliant in back too as vents in back. Very stylish with rear blacked out windows and rear windscreen. Very spacious.

The Vauxhall Zafira is bigger than you think. I can get 2 fold up pushairs in the boot space with all 7 seats up and also have squeezed 3 car seats into the middle row.
