Maserati GranSport 4.2 V8

I have just sold my beloved Gransport and felt I should leave a review of what has been a fantastic three years of owning the car. I have been a Maserati owner for many years previously owning 3 3200 GTA's and a 4200 and I can honestly say the Gransport is a different beast completely.

The main difference in driving for me over the standard 4200 had to be the gear changes. The changes were far quicker than the 4200 with did suffer a little with lag. Also the suspension setup and performance set up is far superior making for great handling and drivability.

I have only ever had one fault which was an engine management light coming on due to a leaky pipe but other than that the car was faultless. It wasnt great on fuel but is better than the Quattroporte which I have just taken delivery of.

So to sum up, if you are thinking of buying one... it will put a smile on your face, and there's something good about being able to say "Maserati" when someone asks you what car you drive ;-)
