Porsche 993 Turbo 4

Changing from a 993 C2 to my current 993 Turbo is fantastic! I have always been a fan of the 993 and after searching for the last 3 years in Singapore and in Malaysia, I managed to find a decent one with about 48,000 KM and it is in original condition with the exception of a set of Bilstein PSS10. I like the way the car looks and the drive is fantastic! The acceleration is addictive and it pulls away effortlessly even in the 6th gear. I seldom need to drop more than one gear to overtake on the highway. The one area where it shows that it is based on older technology is in the area of air-conditioning. In Asia, this is a must given the tropical climate. Early morning or evening drives is a great way to overcome the external heat. Overall, I am very pleased with the 993 Turbo and I highly recommend this to any air-cooled Porsche enthusiast. Everytime I take the car out, it never fails to put a smile on my face!

I have bought my Porsche 993 turbo 3 years ago and I am still verry happy to own it. It is simply wonderful in everything! You have to try to drive one in your life!

I just sold my merc clk 63 amg and bought a Porsche 993 turbo what a diffarance in cars they both nice in different ways the 993 is a real drivers car you must concintrate whan the boost comes in nice to play but be caerfull she will bite you hard the best car ever in all respects and I've owned a couple of super cars.

The Porsche 993 is an incredible supercar indeed! Prowess like a Cheetah, growling exhaust notes, all wheel drive shredding the hills past the "Rock Store" and down to the Pacific... Ahh... Just another Sunday afternoon jaunt! Then there was California Speedway, the front strightaway unfolding in front of me @ 165mph, and 135mph into a giant sweeping turn 1. No "FEAR" just "RESPECT" for an awesome automobile/art form.

The best Porsche of times

Had a Porsche 993 turbo 4 for 3 years - had to replace many components as my car had reached the point where things like clutch, braking components and the odd oil leak needed attention. This should not detract your purchase but be prepared that a car costing this much and with Skyline crunching abilty, it will require the owner to have incredibly deep pockets, but given the right road this car always brings a smile to my face.
