Love This Car
This is everything I have ever wanted in a sports car. I have always wanted a Porsche and wanted to wait until I could afford a 911, it was on my wall as a kid.
I have owned Alfa Romeos, an M3, a Mini cooper Sworks, a Honda S2000 amongst other sports cars in the past but none of them compare with the build quality and overall performance of the Boxster-s.
This is the 2nd boxster-s I have owned- someone drove in to my first one (I was gutted). It really is an awesome driving experience. My advice is to go for the Sports chrono package (if you can get it) and to definitely go for the PASM.
The larger wheels look great on the car but tires are costly.
Overall the car simply couldn't be any better for me- it drives, feels, looks and sounds incredible and they really hold their value if you avoid dodgy interiors and buy at the right point on the depreciation curve.

Once Driven You Are Hooked
Fed up with BMW and poor dealer service, a friend suggested Porsche. I gave the Boxster a try from the Porsche main dealer in Belfast. I am now on my second one which is the RS 60 Spyder. Great performance from this 3.4lt 311bhp engine. I travelled 2100 miles through France last year; it was the most comfortable journey ever. Sports seats hold you in position and the mid engine means you take roundabouts as if on rails. Top down gives you better aural pleasure with a superb sports exhaust.
With fab residual values this is the car to have. Check out the new boxster, very nice.

Last Year I Bought A Boxster 3.2s After Owning Bmw
Last year i bought a boxster 3.2s After owning bmw 330 for 8 years it was difficult finding a replacement, was originaly looking at slk 350 (55 amg out of price range) as i fancied a convertible, and wanted a sports car rather than a cruiser like the bmw.have not looked at an slk since buying 3.2s and cant believe i considered one.the porsche is so poised precise and being convertible it just adds an extra element to the overall enjoyment of driving.you can get lots of luggage in it enough for a week away.the car looks great and i never get let out of junctions which proves it.performance is great but am not sure if its very fast as no one races me anymore.it takes no more fuel than my bmw and running costs are affordable.rear tyres are expensive £260 each as they are porsche fitment something which might bother high milage drivers,i want to keep this car forever.

Hi There, I Drove And Tested Lots And Lots Of Cars
Hi there, I drove and tested lots and lots of cars and came up with a
Conclusion that, anyone who didn't drive a porsche, he/she didn't drive a
car.
I bought my Porsche boxterS convertible in April 2009.As soon as I took the
car out of the showroom. The sales man called me to congratulate me on the
purchase and I told him that I would still be happy about the car even if
you doubled the price. The first few weeks I was unable to look neither
left nor right while driving the car because everyone is looking at me.
Children boys girls men and women. I felt that I am the only one who
actually has a car. Everyone started to come up with excuses to talk to me.
I call that Porsche "magic". I can look at anybody on the eye with smile on
my face while am driving the car. Clearly he/she would like to be in my
place. The feedbacks from all of my friends are positive. My car has a 310
horse power and it can accelerate up to 300 Km/h. I mean how much power you want. Of course am talking about the roads here In the UAE (Dubai). It is
not designed for high speeds. Bottom line is that, the car is remarkably great. So if you are married buy a Boxter S and see if your wife didn't feel jealous from all the compliments you get. Also, if you are single and you like Grabbing-attention BoxterS is what you looking for. I just wanted to share my thoughts and say "thank you" to the people who are responsible of bringing Porsche to our lives.

Just Bought A 2004 Porsche Boxster 3.2 S On 44,000
Just bought a 2004 Porsche Boxster 3.2 S on 44,000 miles and I cant tell you how pleased I am with the whole driving experience and the looks I from the neighbours. However, after reading several articles over the past week or so, I am getting concerned over running costs associated with known problems which exist with this model, such as brake corrosion and sticking.
Perhaps I am just being pesimistic and I should make my own mind up after I have owned it for a bit longer.....here goes, i'm off for a long drive!

So Far The Porsche Boxster Has Met All My Expectat
So far the Porsche Boxster has met all my expectations. Being a complete bike buff - I decided that I needed to start considering safety over 2 wheels. I therefore needed a car that went beyond a bike. Apart from not being able to filter through traffic this car is superb. The bike is currently up for sale - that has to be a very positive report!

I Have Driven Quick Cars For Years But The Porsche
I have driven quick cars for years but the Porsche Boxster 3.2 S is something else. I test drove a couple of 2.5 Boxsters before I bought the 3.2. The difference is like chalk and cheese. The acceleration is spine tingling. The handling is frightening in a nice way. Learn to trust it and almost nothing can go round corners like this. My wife and I invent places to go at the weekend just to drive the car on twisty A roads. Large grins from start to finish. As a bonus the sound this car makes is like music ranging from a deep subdued throaty noise at 1500 revs to an absolute howl at 7000.
Don't test drive a Boxster S unless you really intend buying. After this anything else is disappointing.
I also have a 3.2 S. There is no substitute! Drive any other car including the BMW M model of the Z4, Honda 2000, Audi TT, Corvette or Mercedes and you'll come back to the Porsche 3.2S. On the high end, drive the 3.2 S against it's big brothers or any other high-end exotic and you still will find yourself wondering if the extra money you'll pay for one of these cars is worth the thousands you'll pay for one of them. The Boxster "S" is in a class of it's own.
