TVR Chimaera 4.5

94 electric blue cream hide needs stripping and rebuilding but goes like stink! no pas so a handful to park in a tight spot but the best! goes like stink! better than my 4.5 it's raw power but think its been raced and modded but the 4.5 is refined and quick and is a joy to drive it purrrrs and wags its tail and takes me as a gentleman's carriage a joy to drive but the 94 is a lady of the night a cream tart and will bite you on the Bottom but never does and is so protective to the driver lots of signal when its getting out of shape as for unreliable the 94 I have owned since ummmm 1999 I think one clutch and and suspension arms for mot thats it! the 4.5 nothing always starts always ready to go but only 20k in 2011 looks stunning drives well and well two TVR's economy blue 4.0 ltr 29mpg on a run yes 29 4.5 22+ mpg even driven hard does not seem to dent the economy bad bits easy to chip bodywork dash cracks but kits to repair dont break the windscreen unless u have good insurance To run a TVR rocket ship Bentley just keeps up Ferrari just keep up in fact most just keep up! or you do thats it great simple car to own hand made Best of British design engine equipment. \if you can do your own servicing and repairs [I can and do] they are a joy and simple to work on waxoil the chassis and keep under cover to keep it at its best and drive often full of grin factor TVR Trevor RIP You made a great Legend Thankyou x Nigel Henry

This car is just sex on wheels. It has everything anyone could possibly need and want in a car. The main problem with the car is the bad press it gets due to build quality, but quite frankly I have known a brand new 996 to be a garage for its first six months of life, then the owner demanded they take it back and he bought a TVR. It is hand built, so expect niggles, but every time you take it out on the roads you forgive any imperfections it may have. Just get one if you can.

This TVR Chimera car is a must buy car. It turns so many heads and gets you noticed like nothing short of a ferrari. Jimi Hendrix inspired cars are passe. It also goes like a ferrari, and has more torque than any german or italian upstart. It destroys nearly every car off the lights. Its road holding is great as well and drives better than other wannabe turbo charged coupe roadsters.

These cars are totally custom made, you can choose the colour of everything inside the car from a choice of hundreds of different colours and shades. They are more special feeling than similar priced mass produced roadsters. They are modern classics. The TVR tuned and modified Rover V8 engine is a peach. Very reliable and good for many years and lots and lots of miles, it is the best sounding engine short of ninety grand more. Good size boot fits a suitcase and more with ease, easy and relatively cheap to maintain and service.

Just try one then you will understand the passion and performance. It's british too!
