Elddis Crusader Superstorm

We bought a brand new elddis superstorm.

We have had nothing but problems the company we bought it off. Told us we signed a document to say we were happy with it.

Our argument, how can you test the shower on the forecourt of showroom, how can you test the taps in fourcourt. How can you check the floor that all the floor has lifted because its got cellophane on the top of it. Plenty of other problems as well.

I have a problem with my push button toilet , is that it`s not working..

I rang the local agent Downshire caravans, Banbrige) a few month ago. I am still waiting on a return call. Anyway has anyone come across the toilet not working after winter storage. Is there a fault in the button mechonism or is it perhaps the pump??..Is it a hard job to fix.

We purchased the Super Storm for the layout which for us is excellent, we liked the L shaped front end layout & rear seating which makes the Caravan double ended which with 2 young children is ideal at bedtime as we can put them to sleep & still use the front lounge. There is plenty of sleeping accomadation for the 2 elder children as well. So we have a little privacy up front. Before we purchased I would have liked to have known how poor the support from Eldiss & their dealer was. Each time we have had a problem with the van it seems as though you have to go through a very lengthy process to get it resolved.The 3 yr warranty conditions were not properly explained to us on purchase, so we fell foul of their stringent conditions letting Elldis duck out of the Warranty. I would never consider another Elldis Caravan
