Lovely Caravan Just A Couple Of Tweaks Would Make It Perfect
The space is fantastic and the quality far superior to others that we looked at with the same layout.
Our only changes would be:
1.Yes a clock![ but easily resolved ]
2.Location of television. Great idea to swivel round so as being able to view from bed or lounge but When our daughter is in her bunk bed and curtain is drawn round you cannot see the television ] if you are sitting on left of the van. Or if someone is in the kitchen area preparing super, again they block the view of the television. Yes there is another TV point at the front but that would mean buying another TV ?
3. There needs to be a plug point to the left of the cooker. There are two to the right, but there is not enough room have a kettle, toaster and space for making a cup of tea.
Overall we love our swift and would score it 10 out of 10 if the above were resolved.
Amendments to these would result in a faultless caravan

2011 Swift Challenger
needs a clock and a socket for a hairdryer as the only one avaliable nearest the mirror is behind the televison point. the shower door does not stop the wc area getting wet whilst showering and mopping out afterwards. overall very nice van.
usual swift excellent standard.
Wow, that's a really cevler way of thinking about it!
We fitted an extra factory fit socket just to the left of the sink for the toaster but great for your hairdryer, dislike heating controls under the middle diner but excellent overall design.

The Caravan Is Very Well Built And To A Good Spec.
The caravan is very well built and to a good spec. The only thing that we are missing is a clock but thats easily solved. I find that the television point near the fixed bed could be designed better so that you can view the television more easily from the front of the van without moving it. I do tend to clean and wipe dry the shower after every use as you have to cross the shower area to get to the toilet and with little ones they can't wait until its dried off a bit when they need to go they need to go.
Although we have 4 children we don't use the bunks so the side dining area is always up and the front bed fits all children on with lots of spare room.
Well it is 2015 and we are still extremely happy with our Swift Caravan in this speck , no damp, all is well , no faults etc, just the only thing we would ask swift to do for future 625 is to set curtain back do we can see television when our daughter gos to bed! We love our Swift !
Do you still own it
I purchased a swift challenger 625 sr 2012 model in April 2012 , we recently took the caravan for a service it's 1st service after only 9 months . To our disbelief there was 29 per cent damp , braking system defective , rear lights faulty , bedroom light corroded , kitchen light don't work , also on collection alarm not working , warped work top , crack to front panel .
I have recently researched this caravan only to find there as been a mass recall on this unit for damp issues , my advice stay well clear
