Willerby Leven 2012
We purchased our Willerby Leven in October 2012. All good until now (June 2018). I purchased a new carpet for the lounge as the original light coloured carpet was unsuitable for heavy footfall. The carper fitters arrived and on lifting the carpet noticed that the floor area in front of the door and behind the fixed seating area was saturated. The original carpet had not shown any signs of dampness in the area and the fitter explained that was because the underlay had a plastic coating over it and so prevented dampness from coming through. We telephoned a caravan maintenance company who attended and confirmed the door was not leaking, however they said the roof probably was and this was a known fault as it had been badly designed. I wrote to Willerby outlining what the expert and indeed caravan park owner confirmed, only to be informed the caravan was out of warranty and they would not assist. This is the 3rd new Willberby I have purchased and I am disappointed in the cheapness of the materials used. We have a fireplace covered in rust spots, radiators and kitchen cabinet door handles again covered in rust. I never experienced this in my previous Willerby caravans. I'm afraid I will not recommend purchasing from this company or indeed recommend any of their caravans from 2012 range and onwards

Bought A Leven In 2010. Loved The Look Of It, But
Bought a leven in 2010. Loved the look of it, but the moment we bought we have had nothing but faults with it. This were a few of the problems, the front door did not close properly, we could see daylight through it.
The carpet on the seating area did not stretch to the carpet grips (cut short).
We have had big problems with the front seating area, one of the seat are collapsing from day 1, the cushions dont sit right and are also plucked. The ends of the seat are shaky on it and the cushions keep sliding off.
In the shower room the water in the shower runs hot and cold and doesn't stay at an even temperature.
The wall in the hall area is bowed.
The single bedroom cupbroads are hard to open and close.
The double bed base is bowed underneath.
All bedroom doors werent fitted correctly.
Also water runs down the bedroom wall at times.
There are many other faults, if any1 has had these problems how did you go about getting them sorted. As we have found that willerby dismissed us and sent us back to the agent. This van cost us 42,000 pound.
I have had similar issues with a new purchase April 2012. Something needs to be done about this situation which I suspect affects many unwary purchasers of Willerby caravans. Would you have any interest in raising this in the media e.g. BBC Watchdog?

We Love Everything About The Willerby Leven Static
We love everything about the Willerby Leven Static Caravan the layout is everything we wanted. The only thing that lets it down is the WILLERBY company, we bought our van almost 3yrs ago and we still have problems with it, mainly streaming wet walls in most rooms but Willerby say the van has been built to the correct specifications and so will not do anything to help us, we don't know where to turn it seems we have wasted £30,000, I cannot believe they will not help us try to find out why we have this problem. Has anyone out there experienced the same problem if so what did you do.
I would have liked to have known Willerbys after sales service I would not have bought this van if I had known they took your money and turned there backs on you.
